در مراسم تجلیل از قهرمانان ورزش خراسان رضوی مطرح شد؛
وعده هدیه 100میلیونی استاندار به ورزشکاران المپیکی
استاندار خراسان رضوی در خصوص ورزشکاران المپیکی نیز گفت: ورزشکارانی که بتوانند سهمیه حضور در المپیک یا پارا المپیک را کسب کنند، هدیه 100 میلیون تومانی از ما دریافت میکنند.
علیرضا رزم حسینی در مراسم تجلیل از قهرمانان ورزش خراسان رضوی که با حضور حجتالاسلام نصرالله پژمانفر رئیس مجمع نمایندگان خراسان رضوی در مجلس شورای اسلامی، فرزاد فتاحی مدیرکل ورزش و جوانان استان برگزار شد، اظهار کرد: از همه قهرمانانی که برای سربلندی کشورمان افتخار آفریدند و موجب سرافرازی خراسان شدند، تشکر میکنم.
استاندار خراسان رضوی بیان کرد: واقعیت این است که در 40 سال اخیر کشور توفیقات فراوانی را در زمینههای مختلف بهدست آورده که اگر هر کشوری بخواهد به این موفقیتها برسد باید سرمایه مالی و اجتماعی داشته باشد.
وی تصریح کرد: برخی کشورها، سرمایه مالی ندارند اما سرمایه اجتماعی آنها سبب جمع آوری ثروت شده است.
رزم حسینی با بیان اینکه کشور ما هم سرمایه مادی و هم سرمایه اجتماعی دارد، گفت: ورزشکاران ما سرمایههای اجتماعی تلقی میشوند و آنها در سطح بین مللی به کشور اعتبار میبخشند.
استاندار خراسان رضوی تصریح کرد: سرانه ورزشی کشور نسبت به قبل از انقلاب 40 برابر شده است، در گذشته روستاهایی بودند که هیچ امکاناتی نداشتند اما اکنون شاهد وجود سالنهای ورزشی در روستاها هستیم، البته باید تلاش بیشتری صورت گیرد تا هیچ منطقهای از وجود اماکن ورزشی بیبهره نماند.
وی اضافه کرد: در حوزه اقتصادی نیز چنین آمار هایی داریم، ایران قبل از انقلاب پتروشیمی نداشت، امروز در سراسر ایران ۸۵ درصد شبکه گازی وجود دارد.
رزم حسینی ادامه داد: آن موقع تعداد بیمارستانها ۳۰ عدد بود و اکنون بالغ بر یک هزار بیمارستان داریم، همچنین در حوزه معادن فقط مس داشتیم و امروزه تولید کننده سنگ معدن خاورمیانه هستیم.
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: در کنار کشورهایی که در آتش و خون هستند، ما در پیشرفت نظامی رشد خوبی داشتیم، وقتی در آبهای خلیج فارس کشتی را متوقف میکنند نشان از عزت ایرانی است.
وی بیان کرد: ما باید در راستای ارتقا سطح رفاه مردم کار کنیم، اگر 100 شرکت نامدار معین شدند، مسؤولیت اقتصادی نپذیرفتند بلکه توسعه آفرینی میکنند.
رزم حسینی در خصوص ورزشکاران المپیکی نیز گفت: ورزشکارانی که بتوانند سهمیه حضور در المپیک یا پارا المپیک را کسب کنند، هدیه 100 میلیون تومانی از ما دریافت میکنند.
استاندار خراسان رضوی خاطرنشان کرد: گزارشهای مدیرکل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی نشان دهنده این است که ورزش استان شرایط خوبی دارد.
برندسازی ورزش به مجموعههای اقتصادی منتقل شود
رئیس مجمع نمایندگان خراسان رضوی در مجلس شورای اسلامی در ادامه این مراسم گفت: خراسان رضوی ظرفیت بالایی در حوزههای مختلف دارد که اگر بخواهیم در هر بخش استان را از کشور جدا کنیم، کمیت آن بخش لنگ میشود.
نصرالله پژمانفر ادامه داد: این موضوع نشان دهنده ظرفیت استان در حوزه ورزش است، ما همیشه حرف برای گفتن داشتیم این فقط مختص رشتههای تیمی نبوده و در انفرادی نیز همین گونه است.
وی بیان کرد: اگر زیر ساختها فراهم شود، میتوانیم بیشتر از این ظرفیت مناسب در ورزش استان استفاده کنیم، همچنین اگر حمایتی نداشته باشیم ورزشکاران به شهرهای دیگر میروند و آنجا فعالیت میکنند.
رئیس مجمع نمایندگان خراسان رضوی در مجلس شورای اسلامی عنوان کرد: در مجلس دهم، موضوع 0.27 درصد را پیگیری کردیم و در این راستا وزارت ورزش و جوانان به دلیل کمبود بودجه نمیتوانست مأموریت خود را به درستی انجام دهد که بعد از تصویب، 60 درصد بودجه این موضوع به استانها و ۴۰درصد به تهران اختصاص یافته است.
پژمانفر خاطرنشان کرد: جدا شدن پارالمپیک از المپیک، کار ارزشمندی بود که تصویب و کارشناسی شده بود، همچنین خروجی خوبی داشت.
وی اظهار کرد: ما حوزه ورزش را حوزه اساسی میدانیم و در کارگروه ورزش به صورت جدی پیگیری میشود.
نماینده مردم مشهد و کلات در مجلس شورای اسلامی تصریح کرد: در ورزش زیرساختهای خوبی ایجاد شده و ورزشکاران ما میتوانند برندسازی کنند. خواهشم این است این موضوع به مجموعههای اقتصادی منتقل شود چرا که ما ورزشکارانی داریم که از مراحل اولیه شروع کردند و اکنون در سطح جهان حرفی برای گرفتن دارند.
پژمانفر گفت: من مطمئنم این موضوع در دستور کار است و همه دستگاهها تلاش دارند از طریق ورزش، پرچم ایران را برافراشته کنند.
امسال سال کسب سهمیه المپیک است
مدیر کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی در ادامه این مراسم اظهار کرد: امروزه ورزشکاران به عنوان سفیران اقتدار جمهوری اسلامی ایران با حمایتهای ویژه دولت توانستند در عرصههای بین المللی افتخارات زیادی را کسب کنند.
فرزاد فتاحی افزود: شما ورزشکاران همیشه مورد توجه رهبرمعظم انقلاب و رئیس جمهور هستید و پیام تبریک آنها را بعد از افتخار آفرینی دریافت کردید که نشان دهنده اهمیت این موضوع در نزد آنها است.
وی بیان کرد: امسال سال کسب سهمیه المپیک است که ورزشکاران ما نیز تلاش دارند حضور موفقی در المپیک و پارالمپیک داشته باشند. در سال گذشته و سال جاری افتخارات زیادی از جمله میزبانی مسابقات ملی را داشتیم که نقش خوبی در توسعه ورزش استان داشته است.
مدیرکل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی با یادآوری اینکه سال گذشته، ۱۳۵مقام تیمی داشتیم که در 6 ماهه ابتدایی سال، ۷۹ مقام تیمی برای استان کسب شد، خاطرنشان کرد: از ابتدای سال تا امروز ۵۰۹ ورزشکار به اردویهای تیم ملی دعوت شدند که ۱۸۶نفر از آنها به عضویت تیم ملی درآمدند و در این مورد نیز نسبت به سال گذشته رشد خوبی داشتیم.
وی با بیان اینکه هزار و 953 باشگاه ورزشی خصوصی در استان فعال هستند، تصریح کرد: ورزش در استان در تمامی زمینهها حرکت رو به رشدی داشته است، همچنین کسب رتبه نخست توسعه ورزش همگانی و رتبه عالی ورزش روستایی در کشور، نشان دهنده این است که تمرکز ما فقط بر ورزش قهرمانی نیست و ورزشهای روستایی و همگانی اهمیت بالایی نزد اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی دارند.
مدیرکل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی در خصوص پروژههای ورزشی گفت: با برنامه ریزی که داشتیم، تمام تلاش مان بر این بود که 90 پروژه را تا پایان سال جاری به بهرهبرداری برسانیم و هم اکنون مبلغی بالغ بر 100 میلیارد تومان برای پروژههای ورزشی استان هزینه میشود.
فتاحی ادامه داد: ما از ابتدای سال 60 خانه ورزش روستایی را افتتاح کردیم و تا پایان سال ۱۰۰خانه ورزش روستایی را بهره برداری میکنیم، همچنین ۱۰خانه محله نیز در حاشیه شهر ایجاد شده و ۱۰خانه در مناطق طرح نجات ایجاد میشود.
وی اضافه کرد: امسال به اندازه ۵سال پروژه افتتاح خواهیم کرد، ۵۰زمین چمن مصنوعی در محله های کم برخوردار افتتاح میکنیم و در سال آینده نیز ۵۰ زمین چمن دیگر به بهرهبرداری میرسد.
فتاحی بیان کرد: یکی از آرزوهای جامعه ورزشی، ساخت سالن 6 هزار نفری است که روندخوبی داشته است، همچنین استادیوم ثامن نیز به همراه بهترین پیست اتومبیلرانی ایران تا اواخر سال جاری به اتمام میرسد.
