برگزاری همایش بزرگ مدیران و معاونین کاروانهای زیارتی پیاده سراسر کشوردر مشهد

سخنگوی جمعیت خدمتگزار زایران پیاده امام رضا از مشارکت هزار نفر از مدیران و معاونین کاروانهای پیاده 21 استان کشور در این همایش خبر داد.
سخنگوی جمعیت خدمتگزارزائران پیاده امام‌رضا(ع) با بیان این مطلب گفت: مدیران کاروانهای زیارتی پیاده دهه آخر صفر در همایشی یکروزه در مشهد با نحوه اداره کاروانها و چگونگی بهره وری از امکانات رفاهی و خدماتی و درمانی ایستگاههای صلواتی بین راهی آشنا میشوند .
به گزارش “صبح امروز” حسین رضائی افزود: استفاده از خدمات درمانی رایگان و هلال احمر ؛ نحوه تردد در جاده‌ها و همکاری با نیروهای انتظامی و امنیتی از دیگر موضوعاتی است که در این همایش اطلاع‌رسانی می شود .
وی گفت : تعیین زمان ورود کاروانها به مشهد و استقرار در اسکان‌های پیش بینی شده در سه روز اخر صفر و نحوه برگزاری مراسم مذهبی ؛ توجه به مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیر ؛ همکاری با فرمانداری ها و بخشداریها ؛ و همراهی روحانی مقیم کاروانها از موضوعات دیگر این همایش خواهد بود که توسط مدیران کشوری و استانی و مدیران جمعیت خدمتگزار برای حاضرین تشریح خواهد شد .
رضائی افزود : 10% از مدیران ثبت نامی در این همایش برای نخستین بار عهده دار مسئولیت کاروانهای زیارتی را دارند که 3% آن مدیران زن هستند . وی گفت برای همه مدیران ثبت نامی بوسیله پیامک اطلاع رسانی شده و انتظار است حدود هزار نفر مدیر و معاون کاروانهای زیارتی پیاده امام رضا (ع) در این همایش شرکت نمایند.
رضائی افزود : همایش در روز پنج شنبه 4/7/98 از ساعت 7 الی 14 در مشهد بلوار وحدت ؛ پارک وحدت ؛ فرهنگسرای زیارت برگزار می شود . سال گذشته 4890 کاروان از 21 استان زائر پیاده دهه آخر صفر به مشهد الرضا بودند .
