گسترش پارک های موضوعی و مساجد با معماری اسلامی در گلبهار
مدیرعامل شرکت عمران شهر جدید گلبهار گفت: در گلبهار تلاش شده است همزمان با بهره برداری از واحدهای مسکن مهر، خدمات روبنایی و زیر بنایی نیز در محلات مسکن مهر تکمیل گردد.
به گزارش صبح امروز، در راستای انجام خدمات روبنایی و زیربنایی در محلات مسکن مهر مدیرعامل و اعضای هیات مدیره این شرکت از روند اجرای پروژه های عمرانی در سطح شهر بازدید و برتکمیل و تحویل پروژه های پیش بینی شده جهت افتتاح در هفته دولت سال جاری تاکید کردند.
مهندس هومن گریوانی در جمع پیمانکاران، مجریان و ناظران پروژه های عمرانی مسجد محله (هلال)، پارک انرژی (محله خورشید)، پروژه های مسکن مهر، مجتمع تجاری-مشارکتی نگار و ساختمان اداری قطار حومه ای مشهد-گلبهار با اشاره به اینکه توسعه فضاهای فرهنگی، تفریحی و مذهبی طی سال های اخیر در برخی از نقاط گلبهار اجرایی شده است، افزود: احداث این فضاها براساس نیاز شهروندان درشهر جدید گلبهار برنامه ریزی و طراحی شده و می بایست با کیفیتو سرعت مکفی در گلبهار اجرایی شود.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: فرصت های بی نظیری جهت سرمایه گذاری در زمینه های عمرانی، فرهنگی، ورزشی و … به منظور توسعه و رشد زیرساخت های شهر جدید گلبهار طی سنوات گذشته اجرایی گردید که با توجه به رشد فزآینده جمعیت در این شهر نیاز به احداث و توسعه این فضاها بیش از پیش احساس می شود.
مهندس گریوانی با بیان اینکه تکمیل و واگذاری مسکن های مهر به عنوان دغدغه مردم و متقاضیان این واحدها و اولویت نخست شرکت عمران گلبهار محسوب می شود، اذعان کرد: با توجه به تصمیمات اتخاذ شده مبنی بر تحویل واحدهای مسکن مهر، تا پایان سال جاری این شرکت تمام توان خود را جهت اجرایی کردن این مهم به کار خواهد بست.
مدیرعامل شرکت عمران شهر جدید گلبهار در این بازدید که به منظور رفع موانع موجود در جریان تکمیل پروژه های عمرانی در دست اجرا انجام شد، ضمن بررسی مشکلات و موانع عنوان شده توسط پیمانکاران و ناظرین پروژه های مذکور، افزود: این شرکت در جهت توسعه عمران و آبادانی شهر جدید گلبهار و براساس وظیفه ذاتی که رضایت مندی شهروندان را به دنبال خواهد داشت، از هیچ کوشش و تلاشی فروگذار نخواهد بود.
