استاندار خراسان رضوی با انتقاد از عدم توسعه یافتگی مناطق پیرامون معادن گفت: بهره برداران معادن استان باید به مسئولیت اجتماعی خود عمل کرده و یک درصد از درآمدهای خود را برای توسعه و آبادانی محدوده اطراف معادن اختصاص دهند.
علیرضا رزم حسینی در جلسه شورای معادن استان که با حضور اعضا در محل دفتر استاندار برگزار شد، اظهار کرد: معادن خدادادی متعلق به آحاد جامعه بوده و بهره برداری از آن ها باید برای همگان منفعت داشته باشد.
وی با بیان اینکه ایجاد معدن در هر منطقه ای باید باعث توسعه و آبادانی محدوده پیرامونی آن شود، افزود: اجازه نمی دهیم نتیجه استخراج معدن فقط ایجاد یک گودال عمیق برای نسل های آینده باشد؛ هر معدنی که به بخش محیط زیست آسیب می رساند، باید بهره بردار آن برای جبران خسارات، درختکاری کند.
استاندار خراسان رضوی تصریح کرد: از این پس، یک درصد از درآمدهای معادن دولتی و بخش خصوصی باید مطابق سیاست گذاری شورای معادن، صرف توسعه و آبادانی استان با اولویت مناطق پیرامونی معادن شود و مسئولیت احصاء این رقم برعهده سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت خواهد بود.
وی در ادامه گفت: گردش مالی معادن سنگان خواف سالانه حدود 15 هزار میلیارد تومان است و اطمینان داریم که بخش زیادی از این مبلغ از خراسان رضوی خارج می شود درحالی که منابع مذکور باید در حساب بانک های استانی سپرده گذاری و صرف توسعه و آبادانی این استان شود.
رزم حسینی بیان کرد: شرکت های بزرگ معدنی باید در اسرع وقت نسبت به انتقال حساب های بانکی خود به استان اقدام کرده و در بازه های زمانی مشخص، گزارشی از نحوه سپرده گذاری و هزینه کرد آن به شورای معادن استان ارائه کنند.
وی گفت: خراسان رضوی در حوزه اکتشافات و بهره برداری از معادن با عقب افتادگی هایی رو به رو است و برای جبران آن باید تصمیمات عملیاتی گرفته شود.
استاندار خراسان رضوی با بیان اینکه شورای معادن استان با هدف حذف بروکراسی های اداری تشکیل شده است، تصریح کرد: دستگاه های اجرایی نباید وظایف ذاتی خود را در دستورکار شوراهای استانی قرار دهند و انتظار می رود مدیران استانی مطابق قوانین و مسئولیت هایی که دارند، پیگیر امور دستگاه زیرمجموعه خود باشند.
