زهرا دل خوش بانوی کماندارخراسان رضوی است که مسابقات چهارم مردادماه در زنجان و مسابقات آسیایی تایلند را پیش رو دارد اما تمرکز و هدف او مسابقات آسیایی تایلند و کسب سهمیه است.

او درباره شرایط تمرین می گوید: دربازدیدی مدیر کل ورزش و جوانان استان از زمین مجموعه کوثر داشت، قرار بر این شد که بهسازی این زمین صورت بگیرد و فوم ها و پایه های مجموعه نیز مناسب شود، همچنین فردی برای جمع آوری تیر ها در کنار من درنظرگرفته شود.
دل خوش ادامه می دهد: پیش از تمرین در مجموعه کوثر در مجموعه تختی تیراندازی می‌کردم و معمولا روزی 4 تا 6 ساعت به فعالیت مشغول هستم که حدود300 تا 400 تیر را به سمت هدف پرتاب می‌کنم.
وی در خصوص مسابقات پیش رو هم می گوید: در صورت مهیا شدن شرایط در مسابقات زنجان که 4 مرداد ماه برگزار می‌شود، شرکت خواهم کرد و بعد از آن هم که مسابقات رکورد گیری جانبازان و معلولین برگزار خواهد شد.
بانوی کماندار خراسانی با اشاره به اینکه مسابقات داخلی در اولویت اصلی من نیست اضافه می کند: در نیمه دوم مهرماه مسابقات آسیایی تایلند برای کسب سهمیه و قهرمانی آسیا برگزار می‌شود که تمام تلاش من برای آن خواهد بود.
دل خوش یادآور می شود: هنوز به صورت کامل آماده نیستم ولی با وجود تجهیزات و شرایط بهتر تمام تلاش خودم را برای کسب سهمیه انجام خواهم داد.

با وجود کم و کاستی ها دل خوش با صراحت می گوید: حمایت های انجام شده از سوی اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان در چندین ماه اخیر بسیار خوب بوده است، همچنین در نظر گرفتن حقوق ماهیانه یک میلیون تومان برای ورزشکارانی که شانس کسب سهمیه المپیک و پارا المپیک رادارند، از اقدامات مناسب این ادارهکل است.
وی افزود: اختصاص دادن زمین مجموعه کوثر برای تیر اندازی در عملکرد من موثر بوده چرا که تمرین در دو زمین متفاوت باعث پیشرفت من خواهد بود.
