رییس کمیسیون عمران و شهرسازی شورای شهر مشهد گفت: در جلسه شورای عالی معماری و شهرسازی، طرح پیشنهادی اراضی آبشار و پادگان لشگر به تصویب رسید و با دستور وزیر راه و شهرسازی، ارتش ملزم به بازگشایی بولوار نماز شد.

به گزارش صبح امروز محمد هادی مهدی نیا که خود روز گذشته به نمایندگی از شورای شهر مشهد در جلسه شورای عالی شهرسازی و معماری ایران در تهران شرکت کرده بود، با اعلام این خبرافزود: در این جلسه طرح زمینهای آبشار و پادگان لشکر 77 مصوب شد و وزیر راه و شهرسازی در پایان دستور بازگشایی بلوار نماز را صادر کرد.

تصویب طرح در بالاترین مرجع و انتظار بازگشایی طی امروز و فردا

وی ادامه داد: این طرح در بالاترین مرجع معماری و شهرسازی کشور مصوب شده است و امیدواریم طی امروز و فردا بلوار نمازمشهد بازگشایی شود.
مهدی نیا تاکید کرد: مدیریت شهری برای احقاق حقوق شهروندان با راهکارهای خاص خود اقدام می کند.

رئیس کمیسیون عمران و شهرسازی شورای شهر مشهد یادآورشد:  در این جلسه علاوه بر وزیر راه و شهرسازی، تقی‌زاده خامسی معاون وزیر نیرو، پژمان مدیرعامل شرکت بازآفرینی شهری، شهردار مشهد و جمعی از نمایندگان استانی برگزار شد این موضوع مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت و طرح اراضی آبشار و پادگان لشگر با پیشنهادات اصلاحی کمیته فنی به تصویب رسید.

انتظار از ارتش؛ باز کردن مسیر تردد مردم

مهدی نیا تاکید کرد:  براساس توافق های قبلی که با حضور معاون سابق وزیر راه و شهرسازی، شهردار مشهد و فرماندهان ارتش در محل پادگان لشکر 77 انجام شده است، انتظار داریم طی امروز و یا فردا ارتش نسبت به بازگشایی بولوار نماز اقدام کند تا در ایام ولادت حضرت  زهرا(س) و سال نو گشایش خوبی برای مردم مشهد شاهد باشیم.

عملیات اجرایی ساخت بلوار نماز در محدوده ارتفاعات جنوبی مشهد اوایل سال 1390 آغاز شد.  این بلوار با هفت کیلومتر طول از پارک خورشید آغاز می ‌شود و پس از عبور از تقاطع بلوارهای هاشمیه، سرافرازان، دلاوران، خاقانی، شهید کاوه و شهید ناصری در نهایت به بزرگراه شهید کلانتری متصل می شود.

فازهای یک، دو و چهار این پروژه بهره برداری شده است  و اگر چه فازسوم این بولوارقرار بود از سه ماهه ابتدایی امسال به روی مردم باز شود و آماده بهره برداری بود اما ارتش با استقرار خودرو  مانع بهره برداری از این بخش از بولوار نماز شده است.

محمد رضا کلایی شهردار مشهد نیز هشتم بهمن ماه در خصوص این بلوار به خبرنگاران گفته بود: بازگشایی بلوار نماز در شورای عالی معماری و شهرسازی در دست بررسی است و با تصویب این شورا به زودی شاهد بازگشایی آن خواهیم بود.
