معاون برنامهریزی و توسعه سرمایه انسانی شهرداری مشهد با اشاره به اهمیت تعامل و همافزایی در راستای استفاده و انتقال تجربیات میان شهرداریهای کشور گفت: خوشبختانه از سال گذشته اتفاقات خوبی برای تحقق این مهم را شاهد بودهایم از جمله ایجاد بانک اطلاعاتی که در آن مطالعات و پژوهشهای انجام شده توسط شهرداریها به اشتراک گذاشته میشود تا سایر شهرداریهای کشور نیز امکان استفاده از آن را داشته باشند.
شهریار آل شیخ صبح دیروز در مراسم افتتاح دوره آموزشی “ظرفیتسازی مدیریت پسماند ” که با حضور رییس مرکز مطالعات برنامهریزی شهری و روستایی سازمان شهرداریها و دهیاریهای کشور و مدیران عامل سازمانهای مدیریت پسماند شهرداریهای کشور در مشهد برگزار شد، افزود: برگزاری دورههای آموزشی در حوزههای مختلف و بهرهگیری از دانش و تجربه اساتید بینالمللی یک امر ضروری بوده که باید به آن توجه شود.

وی اضافه کرد: هدف ما از برگزاری دورههای آموزشی از جمله دوره آموزشی “ظرفیتسازی مدیریت پسماند” که با حضور پرفسور یوشیدا، نماینده سازمان بینالمللی جایکا ژاپن در حال برگزاری است، افزایش بهرهوری و انتقال تجربه و دانش اساتید بینالمللی است.
آل شیخ تصریح کرد: زمانی دورههای آموزشی با استفاده از اساتید بینالمللی به صرفه و سودرسان است که همه شهرداریهای کشور در این دورهها مشارکت داشته و از این دورههای آموزشی در راستای مدیریت بهتر شهرها استفاده کنند.
معاون برنامهریزی و توسعه سرمایه انسانی شهرداری مشهد با اشاره به اینکه ما برای اداره بهتر شهرها در بسیاری از موارد به تعامل و همافزایی بیشتر نیاز داریم، ادامه داد: امیدواریم برگزاری چنین دورهها و نشستهای آموزشی باعث افزایش تعاملات در حوزه رونق مدیریت پسماند در سراسر کشور شود.

رییس مرکز مطالعات برنامهریزی شهری و روستایی سازمان شهرداریها و دهیاریهای کشور گفت: باید واقعی شدن بهای پسماند در چهارچوب مشخصی بررسی شود.
مجیدعبداللهی در این مراسم گفت: 73 درصد از جمعیت کشور در مناطق شهری و تنها ۲۷ درصد در مناطق روستایی زندگی میکنند.
وی افزود: براساس آمار ۶۰ میلیون نفر از جمعیت کشور در بیش از هزار و ۲۹۰ شهر زندگی میکنند که از این تعداد ۲۴ میلیون نفر در ۸ کلانشهر کشور حضور دارند.
رییس مرکز مطالعات برنامهریزی شهری و روستایی سازمان شهرداریها و دهیاریهای کشور گفت: قطعا یکی از تاثیرات حضور این جمعیت در شهرها بر محیط زیست تولید زباله است که با وجود اقدامات مناسب که تاکنون انجام شده باید سیاستهای ویژهای را در خصوص بحث مدیریت پسماند دنبال کنیم.
وی با اشاره به اینکه نهادی که در ایران مدیریت جمعآوری زباله را برعهده دارد مدیریت پسماند شهرداریها هستند، افزود: در واقع مدیریت پسماند از آشپزخانه شهروندان آغاز و تا زمان بازیافت و دفع زبالهها ادامه دارد.
عبداللهی ادامه داد: جمعآوری بازیافت و دفع زبالهها هزینه زیادی دارد لذا نیاز است واقعی شدن بهای جمعآوری پسماند در چهارچوبهای مناسب بررسی شود که در بودجه 98 کشور بحث دریافت جریمه از صنایع و تولیدکنندگان کالاهای مخرب مطرح شده که امیدواریم در مجلس به تصویب برسد.
رییس مرکز مطالعات برنامهریزی شهری و روستایی سازمان شهرداریها و دهیاریهای کشور با تقدیر از سازمان مدیریت پسماند شهرداری مشهد اضافه کرد: برگزاری دورههای آموزشی بینالمللی کار پر زحمت و سختی است این کار را مدیریت پسماند شهرداری مشهد در زمانی محدود و به خوبی انجام داد.

همچنین در ادامه این مراسم ابوالفضل کریمیان، مدیرعامل سازمان مدیریت پسماند شهرداری مشهد نیز گفت: در برگزاری دورههای آموزشی در حوزه مدیریت پسماند اقدامات خوبی از جمله استفاده از دورههای آموزشی سازمان بینالمللی جایکای ژاپن انجام شده است.
وی تصریح کرد: در این راستا تاکنون 3 گروه برای آموزش مربوط به حوزه مدیریت پسماند به ژاپن اعزام و آموزشهایی در ارتباط با زبالهسوزی را فرا گرفتهاند.

کریمیان ادامه داد: اکنون نیز شاهد برگزاری دوره آموزشی در حوزه مدیریت پسماند با استفاده از پرفسور یوشیدا از سازمان بینالمللی جایکای ژاپن با حضور مدیران عامل مدیریت پسماند شهرداریهای کشور در مشهد هستیم تا تجربیات این سازمان به سایر شهرهای کشور نیز انتقال داده شود.
