گره شبانه‌هاشمیه

اگر در ساعاتی از ظهر و اوایل شب قصد گذر از‌هاشمیه مشهد را داشته باشید بدون شک با ترافیک آزار دهنده‌ای روبه‌رو شده که هیچ راه فراری از آن ندارید و باید مسیر چند صد متری را به‌خاطر گره خوردن ترافیک در بیش از ۱۰ یا ۲۰ دقیقه طی کنید تا بتوانید خودتان را از طریق فرعی‌های موجود از مهلکه بگریزید.

یکی از ساکنان بولوار‌هاشیمه می‌گوید: متأسفانه رفت و آمد در ساعاتی از شبانه روز برای ما دشوار شده چون می‌دانیم حداقل یک ساعت در مسیر رفت و برگشت باید در ترافیک بمانیم که بسیار آزار دهنده و سخت است.

احمدی ادامه می‌دهد: سال‌ها قبل وقتی آپارتمانی در این منطقه خریدیم تصور می‌کردیم با دسترسی راحت به بولوار وکیل آباد درگیر ترافیک معابر فرعی نخواهیم شد ولی متأسفانه در سال‌های اخیر‌هاشمیه به یکی از مسیرهای با تراکم ترافیک بالا تبدیل شده و تنها علت آن نیز راه اندازی مجتمع‌های تجاری در این محدوده بوده که بسیاری از این مجتمع‌ها پارکینگ نداشته و حجم ترافیک را دوچندان می‌کنند.

شهروند دیگری می‌گوید: بارها شاهد گرفتارشدن آمبولانس در ترافیک روی پل‌هاشمیه بودم و مدام نگران بیماری بودم که جانش گره خورده به ترافیک بوده است .

یکی از ساکنان منطقه نیزمی‌گوید: متأسفانه علاوه بر ترافیک معابر یکی از معضلات دیگر برای ساکنان خیابان‌های ابتدای بولوار پارک خودروها در کوچه‌های اطراف است که در برخی مواقع شاهد بروز درگیری هم بوده‌ایم و بارها پیش آمده که یکی از ساکنان به دلیل پارک خودرو مقابل پارکینگ خانه قادر به خارج کردن خودروی خود نبوده و موارد دیگری که توقف خودروها در کوچه‌ها ایجاد می‌کند از گلایه‌های جدی اهالی به خبرنگار ما بود.

یکی از عابران از این محدوده نیز می‌گوید: متأسفانه صدور مجوز بی رویه برای مجتمع‌های تجاری از یک سو و نبود پارکینگ لازم برای همین مجتمع‌ها که تخلفی آشکار محسوب می‌شود با هماهنگی مدیریت شهری صورت پذیرفته و تاوان تخلفات را اهالی منطقه و مردم مشهد باید با معطلی در ترافیک‌های سنگین بپردازند.

ترافیک‌های سنگین در این محدوده از بولوار‌هاشمیه نیز این بولوار را به یکی ازمعابر شلوغ مشهد تبدیل کرده که ساکنان این محدوده را نیز ناراضی از عمل‌کرد مدیریت حمل‌ونقل شهری کرده است.

بلوار‌هاشمیه در مناسبت‌های خاص سال به محل تجمعات شادی و اجتماع عمومی تبدیل شده است که این علت اصلی ازدحام جمعیتی بوده و بخش قابل توجهی از توان پلیس راهور و انتظامی صرف ساماندهی ترافیک این بولوار می‌شود.

یکی از کسبه این بولوار می‌گوید: بیشتر مواقع شلوغی بولوار به ضرر کسبه است چون مشتری‌ها جایی برای پارک خودرو پیدا نمی‌کنند یا ترافیک شدید آن‌ها را از آمدن به این محدوده منصرف می‌کند و اگر هم با عزمی راسخ برای مراجعه به مغازه‌ها در محدوده ترافیکی باید چندین کوچه را رفته تا نهایت بتوانند جای پارکی برای وسیله خود بیابند.

اوج ترافیک حوالی ساعت 14 و 19 تا 21

ترابی افسر راهنمایی رانندگی حاضر در بولوار‌هاشمیه برای راهنمایی و حل ترافیک می‌گوید: ساعات اوج ترافیکی در این منطقه در روز حدود ساعت ۱۴ و در شب بین ساعت ۱۹تا۲۱ است که گاها کل پل‌هاشمیه تا میدان در اثر ترافیک بسته شده و اگر به نوبت مانع تردد ماشین‌ها نشویم ترافیک به هم گره می‌خورد.

تغییرات منجر به ترافیک

هم چنین یک کارشناس حمل و نقل و ترافیک در این باره می‌گوید: طراحی پل‌های روگذر بولوار وکیل آباد در سال‌های قبل بر اساس بافت معابری از قبیل‌هاشمیه صورت گرفته و پس از تکمیل پروژه تحویل مدیریت حمل و نقل شده که در چند سال ابتدایی بسیار خوب و مفید بود اما پس از مدتی بافت منطقه از مسکونی یا تجاری خطی معمولی به ایجاد مجتمع‌های بزرگ تجاری تغییر شکل یافت و همین امر موجب افزایش ترددها در این مسیرها شد و در حال حاضر نیز تمام تلاش کارشناسان ترافیکی معطوف به یافتن راه‌هایی برای روانسازی ترافیک است چرا که با شرایط موجود نمی‌توان به گزینه‌هایی چون ایجاد معابر فرعی فکر کرد.

تراکم ترافیک موجب نارضایتی مردم شده است

به سراغ معاون حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهرداری مشهد و سرپرست معاونت فنی و عمران شهرداری مشهد می‌رویم . خلیل ا… کاظمی در این باره به صبح امروز می‌گوید: متاسفانه تراکم ترافیک در این محدوده موجب نارضایتی مردم به ویژه ساکنان این منطقه را به همراه آورده است و به معضل ترافیکی تبدیل شده است.

وی درباره اقدامات انجام شده برای حل معضل ترافیکی‌هاشمیه ادامه داد: از زمان قبول مسئولیت معاونت حمل‌و نقل و ترافیک شهری ًمن بازدید از ترافیک این منطقه اقدامات کوتاه مدت مفیدی در حال اجرایی شدن است.

اصلاح هندسی برای کاهش 50 درصدی ترافیک

وی تصریح کرد: اصلاح اشکال هندسی میدان‌هاشمیه که تا ۱۵ روز دیگر مراحل اجرایی ان به پایان می‌رسد کاهش ۵۰ درصدی ترافیک را به همراه می‌آورد.

کاظمی در پاسخ خبرنگار پیرامون جایگاه پارک ماشین‌های حاشیه بولوار‌هاشمیه اظهار داشت: در حال حاضر در این خصوص اقدامی صورت نگرفته و بیش‌تر توجه خود را معطوف اصلاح میدان‌‌هاشمیه کرده و پس از ان حتما اقداماتی جدی برای حل این ترافیک انجام می‌گیرد.
