سه پیمانکار مسکن مهر در قوچان بازداشت شدند
دادستان قوچان گفت: سه تن از پیمانکاران پروژه مسکن مهر این شهرستان ظهر دیروز به صورت موقت مورد بازداشت تحقیقی قرارگرفتند تا بررسی در زمینه مشکلات این واحدها صورت گیرد.
علی آذری در حاشیه بازدید از واحدهای مسکن مهر قوچان به همراه معاون مسکن و ساختمان اداره کل راه و شهرسازی خراسان رضوی، پیمانکاران پروژه و ساکنان مسکن مهر افزود: وضعیت مسکن مهر در این شهرستان مدتی است موجب نگرانی شهروندان و ساکنان آن شده لذا دستگاه قضا به این موضوع ورود کرد.
وی ادامه داد: مکان ساخت این واحدها به گواه مهندسان ذیربط در محدوده سیلابگیر و بر روی خاک اسفنجی قرار دارد. آنچه اهمیت دارد این است که آیا در تهیه مسکن مهر که برای قشر ضعیف و نیازمند بوده کمکاریهایی شده یا نه و قراردادهای منعقده در ساخت سازه و ساختمان با تشریفات قانونی بوده یا ترک تشریفات صورت گرفته است.
دادستان قوچان گفت: با توجه به نشستهای ایجاد شده در دو ساختمان، دستور تخلیه 12 واحد مسکن مهر صادر شد تا صدمه ای به هیچ یک از اهالی ساختمان از باب بی احتیاطی و بی مبالاتی وارد نشود. اگر این سازه ها مناسب برای سکونت نیست باید به شهروندان اعلام شود تا جا به جایی صورت بگیرد.
معاون مسکن و ساختمان اداره کل راه و شهرسازی خراسان رضوی نیز گفت: نخستین گام پس از نشست زمین در محدوده سایت مسکن مهر قوچان، اجرای کار در حوزه متخصصان ژئوتکنیک است که با نظر مشاوران و اخذ گزارش طرحی برای تحکیم و سخت کردن زمین تهیه شده تا از ادامه نشست جلوگیری شود.
رضا نوروزی افزود: این طرح از مشاور دریافت و تهیه شده لذا دستگاه اجرایی و پیمانکار آماده اجرای آن از طریق میکروپایل و تزریق بتون برای تحکیم بستر ساختمان هستند.
وی همچنین جلوگیری از نفوذ رطوبت را حائز اهمیت توصیف و بیان کرد: اجرای سامانه فاضلاب شهری در مسکن مهر قوچان ضروری است لذا پیگیری از طریق شورای مسکن و آب و فاضلاب خراسان رضوی در جهت اجرای هرچه سریعتر شبکه فاضلاب در این منطقه یکی از اقدامات مهم خواهد بود.
معاون اداره کل راه و شهرسازی خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: پس از سخت شدن زمین و اطمینان از عدم نشست آن، ترکهای ایجاد شده و نواقصی که در اثر نشست اتفاق افتاده برطرف می شود و واحد ها تحویل متقضایان خواهد شد.
اسفند پارسال به دلیل نشست زمین و نامناسب بودن جنس خاک ترکهایی در چند واحد از مسکن مهر قوچان ایجاد و منجر به تخلیه یک ساختمان شش واحده شد. دیشب نیز چاه موجود در واحد مجاور این ساختمان نشست کرد لذا با دستور دادستان قوچان یک ساختمان شش واحده دیگر هم در این محدوده تخلیه شد.
