افزایش 13 درصدی کشفیات کالای قاچاق در 4 ماه گذشته
معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: ارزش ریالی کشفیات کالاهای مظنون به قاچاق در 4 ماهه اول سال جاری نشان از افزایش 13 درصدی نسبت به مدت مشابه سال قبل دارد.
محمد رحیم نوروزیان در جلسه کمیسیون برنامه ریزی، هماهنگی و نظارت در مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و ارز استان ضمن گرامیداشت سالروز ورود آزادگان سرافراز به کشور افزود: در 4 ماهه نخست سال جاری تعداد پرونده های قاچاق کالا در تعزیرات استان 35 درصد رشد و ارزش ریالی پرونده ها نیز 11.5 درصد رشد نسبت به مدت مشابه قبل داشته است.
وی گفت: استان خراسان رضوی در حوزه مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و ارز همواره از استان های پیشتاز بوده و بسیاری از فعالیت های کشوری صورت گرفته شده در این حوزه از استان خراسان رضوی شروع شده است.
وی افزود: گردش مالی قاچاق کالا و ارز کشور در سال 92 حدود 25 میلیارد دلار بود که این میزان در سال 96 به کمتر از 12 میلیارد دلار رسیده است و این نشان از فعالیت های خوب پیشگیرانه در این حوزه دارد.
معاون استاندار با بیان اینکه شرایط کنونی کشور بسیار حساس است اظهار داشت: در این شرایط حساس اقتصادی، کمیسیون برنامه ریزی، هماهنگی و نظارت در مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و ارز می تواند بسیار نقش آفرین باشد.
وی افزود: موضوع قاچاق کالا و ارز با بحث احتکار در هم تنیده است و هر دو موضوع باید در این شرایط با جدیت پیگیری شود.
نوروزیان ثبت اطلاعات در سامانه جامع انبارها را یکی از راه های شفافیت اقتصادی و جلوگیری از قاچاق و احتکار دانست و افزود: در استان تاکنون اطلاعات بیش از 29 هزار انبار در سامانه جامع انبارها ثبت شده است و کلیه دستگاه های اجرایی نیز موظف هستند ظرف 15 روز اطلاعات انبارهای خود را در این سامانه ثبت نمایند.
وی افزود: در راستای هماهنگی بیشتر در امر مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و ارز گزارش های ارائه شده توسط کمیته های ذیل کمیسیون باید بر اساس شرح وظایف کمیته ها باشد و از ارائه مطالب کلی در این جلسات خودداری شود.
