افزایش نرخ خدمات عکاسی های مشهد غیر قانونی است
رئیس شعبه سیار اداره کل تعزیرات حکومتی خراسان رضوی گفت: افزایش نرخ خدمات عکاسی های مشهد غیر قانونی است و با آن برخورد می شود.
امید جلیلی افزود: اتحادیه عکاسان و فیلمبرداران مشهد بر اساس مصوبه هیات عالی نظارت بر سازمان های صنفی که پارسال ابلاغ شد افزایش حدود 50 درصدی نرخ خدمات عکاسی را اعمال کرده در صورتی که این مصوبه براساس بخشنامه اخیر وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت لغو شده و غیر قابل اجراست.
وی اظهار کرد: افزایش قیمت صورت گرفته غیرقانونی و خودسرانه است و شهروندان در صورت مشاهده افزایش نرخ در این بخش می توانند شکایت خود را به بازرسی اتاق اصناف مشهد و اداره کل تعزیرات حکومتی استان اعلام کنند.
رئیس هیات مدیره اتحادیه عکاسان و فیلمبرداران مشهد نیز در این باره گفت: تغییر نرخ از حدود 10روز قبل و به پیشنهاد عکاسان مشهد انجام شد.
محمد علی دائمی افزود: بر اساس مصوبه صد و چهاردهمین جلسه هیات عالی نظارت بر سازمان های صنفی در زمینه نرخ گذاری کالا و خدمات واحدهای صنفی، قیمت گذاری برای گروه های کالایی و خدماتی به جز در واحد های صنفی مشاوران املاک، توقفگاه، نان حجیم و صنعتی، خدمات نمایشگاه های خودرو و آموزشگاه های رانندگی از اتحادیه ها به واحدها منتقل شد.
وی اظهار کرد: براین اساس هفته گذشته حدود 150 واحد عکاسی در مشهد افزایش نرخ را به صورت درجه بندی و با توجه به موقعیت و شرایط کار به اتحادیه پیشنهاد کردند و با این افزایش نرخ موافقت شد.
وی گفت: طبق نرخ گذاری جدید هزینه گرفتن عکس سه در چهار از 95 هزار ریال به 120 هزار ریال افزایش یافته است.
دائمی افزود: حدود 150 عکاسی این نرخ را اعمال کرده اند و واحدهایی که با نرخ قدیم کار می کنند به نوعی سهل انگاری کرده اند.
تعدادی از عکاسی های فعال در مشهد طی هفته گذشته اقدام به افزایش 50 درصدی خدمات در بخش عکس 3در 4 کرده اند که این امر نارضایتی شهروندان را به همراه داشته است.
