شیوع 14.5 درصدی هیپاتیت E خراسان رضوی

متخصص بيماري‌هاي عفوني جهاددانشگاهي خراسان رضوي گفت: شیوع هپاتیت E در خراسان رضوی 14.5 درصد و در سطح کشور 10 درصد است.

به گزارش ایسنا، حميد قرباني با اعلام اینکه خراسان رضوی جزو شیوع بالای این بیماری محسوب می‌شود، افزود: بیماری هپاتیت E مشابه هیپاتیت A است که از طریق سیکل مدفوع دهانی و آب آلوده منتقل می‌شود. انتقال آن میان دو انسان بسیار محدود است.

وی ادامه داد: التهاب کبد، ادرار تیره، مدفوع روشن، تهوع، استفراغ، درد بدن و تب از جمله علائم اصلی هیپاتیت E است و بسیار اهمیت دارد که این علائم شناخته و درمان شوند تا شیوع این بیماری در کشور کاهش یابد.

متخصص بيماري‌هاي عفوني جهاددانشگاهي خراسان رضوي  بیان کرد: شایع‌ترین هپاتیت در ایران هپاتیت E است و از همه مهمتر هیپاتیت B و C است که از طریق خون انتقال می‌یابد. شیوع هیپاتیت B کمتر از یک درصد و هپاتیت C به زیر یک درصد می‌رسد؛ امروز درمان‌های مطلوبی برای این بیماری ها ارائه  شده به گونه ای که حتی می توانیم آنها را به طور کامل درمان ‌‌کنیم.

قربانی با اشاره به خدمات کلینیک داخلی جهاددانشگاهی مشهد در زمینه‌ بیماری‌های عفونی، تصریح کرد: کلینیک هپاتیت جهاددانشگاهی یک کلینیک داخلی بوده که حدود دو سال راه اندازی شده است و تمام بیماری‌های داخلی، عفونی و تخصصی و فوق‌تخصصی در آن درمان می‌شوند.

وی افزود: در کلینیک داخلی جهاددانشگاهی مشهد، دپارتمان تشخیص و درمان هپاتیت وجود دارد که با وجود این که درمان بیماری هپاتیت C گران قیمت است اما خدمات درمانی رایگان به این بیماران ارائه می‌کند.
