نایب رییس کمیسیون فرهنگی شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد مقدس گفت: نشان مشهد به شهروندانی که موفق به اخذ رتبههای بینالمللی و ملی در عرصههای مختلف شده اند اعطا خواهد شد.
رمضانعلی فیضی درباره اعطای نشان مشهد به شهروندان شایسته و برجسته شهر گفت: نشان مشهد به شهروندانی که موفق به اخذ رتبههای بینالمللی و ملی در عرصههای مختلف علمی، فرهنگی، هنری، ادبی و اجتماعی و ورزشی شدهاند، اعطا خواهد شد.
وی در تشریح نحوه انتخاب این افراد اظهار کرد: هنوز ساز وکار و ضوابط مشخصی در نحوه انتخاب این افراد تعریف نشده است، اما شناسایی این افراد میتواند از طریق خود اظهاری، معرفی دستگاهها و ثمنها به کمیتهای که در این رابطه تشکیل خواهد شد، صورت گیرد.
وی ادامه داد: کمیته مذکور در فرآیند بررسی و آنالیز دقیق شرایط و تطبیق آن با معیارهای در نظر گرفته شده شهروند شایسته دریافت «نشان مشهد» را شناسایی خواهد کرد .
نائب رئیس کمیسیون فرهنگی شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد هدف از ایجاد نشان مشهد را تبلیغ و ترویج فعالیتهای سازنده در بین سایر شهروندان دانست و افزود: این افراد در بین سایر افراد جامعه اثر گذار هستند و به عنوان الگوی موفقیت قابلیت معرفی و ارائه در سطح جامعه را دارند.
فیضی خاطر نشان کرد: تکریم شهروندان شایسته و افزایش اثرات مثبت، افزایش میزان مشارکت مردم در فعالیتهای شهروندی و توسعه اجتماعی از جمله سایر اهداف این طرح هستند.
