لیگ دسته یک آزادگان ایران در سال 91-92 بود که تولد یک پدیده شکل گرفت. پدیده‌ای که در اولین فصل حضور خود در لیگ توانست با 47 امتیاز در رده دوم گروه الف این رقابت‌ها قرار بگیرد تا مجبور باشد یک سال دیگر منتظر حضور در لیگ برتر ایران بماند. سال 92-93 پدیده مشهد با قهرمانی در گروه الف لیگ دسته اول فوتبال کشور مجوز حضور در لیگ برتر را پیدا کرد و سرآغاز تیمی نوظهور در لیگ برتر شکل گرفت. تیمی که پس از سقوط ابومسلم و به واسطه وضعیت مناسب پدیده شاندیز که در آن دوران در بهترین شرایط مالی به سر می‌برد باعث دلگرمی تماشاگران مشهدی شده بود.

سال اول حضور این تیم در لیگ برتر با رتبه‌ی میانی دهم به پایان رسید و این رتبه برای تیمی که تازه به بالاترین سطح فوتبال کشور راه پیدا کرده رتبه بدی محسوب نمی‌شد. سال 94-95 که سال دوم حضور در لیگ برتر برای پدیده محسوب می‌شد نیز با رتبه‌ای بهتر از دهمی به پایان رسید و حاشیه‌های پدیده شاندیز کم کم اطراف این تیم نیز پدیدار شد.

سال فوتبالی 95-96 پدیده با یک پله سقوط نسبت به سال‌های قبل از آن در رتبه‌ی یازدهمی به کار خود پایان داد. اینجا بود که طرفداران این تیم که حالا انتظاراتشان از نماینده استان برآورده نشده بود دیگر رغبتی برای تشویق و طرفداری از این تیم نداشتند.

امسال ورق برگشت و پدیده به همه ثابت کرد می‌تواند حتی در قامت یک مدعی قهرمانی لیگ ظاهر شود. زمانی که در نیم فصل اول رقابت‌ها بهترین نتایج را نسبت به سایر حریفان کسب کرد و با تیم‌هایی مثل پرسپولیس و پارس جنوبی جم شانه به شانه جلو می‌رفت.

اما یک بی‌کفایتی و عدم انجام کار درست و به موقع باعث شد این تیم در یک بحران محض فرو برود و هرگز از این بحران خارج نشود. جایی که پدیده با کسر شش امتیاز دیگر نتوانست کمر راست کند و هفته به هفته در جدول پایین می‌رفت.

حالا هم که خبر می‌رسد مسئولان شرکت پدیده قصد ندارند از فصل بعد به تیم داری خود در فوتبال ادامه دهند و به تازگی ۳ – ۴ متقاضی خرید سهام مالکیت این باشگاه، درخواست خود را به مسئولان استانی داده‌اند تا در مورد آن تصمیم‌گیری شود. گفته می‌شود یکی، ۲ خریدار قصد دارند در صورت موفقیت برای خرید این باشگاه، نام آن را تغییر دهند و با نام ابومسلم خراسان تیم‌شان را راهی رقابت‌ها کنند. مساله‌ای که می‌تواند هم مشهدی‌ها را خوشحال کند و هم اینکه هواداران زیادی را به ورزشگاه بکشاند.

بعد از سقوط مشکی‌پوشان به لیگ یک، همه امید مشهدی‌ها به پدیده بود تا در لیگ برتر بماند و در بالاترین سطح فوتبال باشگاهی ایران کار خود را ادامه دهد. این امیدواری با خبر حضور مسئولان استانداری در تمرین تیم پدیده، داشت بیشتر می‌شد تا اینکه معاون استانداری خراسان رضوی در این بازدید به صراحت اعلام کرد مسئولان پدیده دیگر قصد تیمداری ندارند و سال دیگر فعالیتی در این زمینه نخواهند داشت.

این اتفاق، مثل آب سردی بود بر پیکر بازیکنان که برای ماندن این تیم در لیگ برتر تلاش می‌کردند. همه شوکه شده بودند و کسی نمی‌توانست حرفی بزند که در نهایت جلسه به پایان رسید. خبر هم خیلی زود رسانه‌ای شد. به این ترتیب بازیکنانی که یک فصل دیگر قرارداد داشتند و اکثر بازیکنان مشهدی، تصمیم گرفتند پیگیر شوند تا ببینند تکلیف‌شان چه می‌شود. شرایط اصلا خوب به نظر نمی‌رسید و بلاتکلیفی ادامه داشت که بالاخره خبرهای خوبی از راه رسید. بعد از اینکه پدیده مشهد موفق شد نفت تهران را شکست دهد و ماندنش در لیگ برتر را تا حدود زیادی قطعی کند، ظاهرا مشتریان این تیم مشهدی دست به کار شدند تا پیشنهاد خود را به صورت جدی مطرح کنند. گفته می‌شود تا الان ۳ – ۴خریدار تقاضای خود را برای خرید سهام باشگاه پدیده مشهد به دادستانی و استانداری خراسان رضوی داده‌اند.

با وجود اینکه خیلی‌ها استرس دارند که مبادا خریداران این تیم، مثل خریداران باشگاه نفت تهران و… شرایط خوبی نداشته باشند اما ظاهرا اینطور نیست و نفراتی که درخواست خریداری سهام باشگاه پدیده مشهد را داده‌اند، از نظر مسئولان استان خراسان رضوی شرایط خوبی دارند و می‌توانند تیم پدیده مشهد را سر و سامان دهند تا از این وضعیت خارج شود.

نکته جالب در مورد خریداران این است که آنها از الان به آینده بهتر و جذب هواداران بیشتر هم فکر کردند. از آنجا که خریدار و یا بهتر است بگوییم مالک جدید باشگاه پدیده مشهد، قصد ندارد با نام این شرکت بزرگ کار خود را ادامه دهند، بدون شک تغییر نام باشگاه، نخستین کاری است که خریدار سهام باشگاه پدیده مشهد انجام خواهد داد. گفته می‌شود یکی، ۲ نفر از این خریداران، قصد دارند برای تغییر نام باشگاه پدیده مشهد، از نام ابومسلم خراسان استفاده کنند تا این تیم محبوب مشهدی در لیگ برتر کار خود را ادامه دهد. پس اگر با این مساله موافقت شود که البته بعید نیست، فصل بعد می‌توانیم شاهد بازگشت ابومسلم خراسان به لیگ برتر باشیم. به این ترتیب مالک جدید هم می‌تواند نام شرکت یا اسپانسری که مد نظر دارد را روی لباس ابومسلم خراسان بزند تا هم تیمش هوادار بیشتری پیدا کند و هم تبلیغ بهتری برای خودش و حامی مالی موردنظرش شود. با این تفاسیر و البته شرط مسئولان استانی در مورد خارج نشدن امتیاز تیم پدیده مشهد از استان، به نظر می‌رسد به زودی می‌توانیم شاهد حضور ابومسلم خراسان در لیگ برتر باشیم. حضور تیمی که می‌تواند هواداران زیادی را به ورزشگاه بکشاند و حساسیت‌های این تیم را بیشتر از هر زمانی کند.
