مدیرعامل جدید سازمان همیاری شهرداریهای خراسان رضوی معرفی شد
جلسه تودیع و معارفه مدیرعامل سازمان همیاری شهرداری های خراسان رضوی با حضور مسوولان استانی، اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد در استانداری برگزار شد.
جلسه تودیع و معارفه مدیرعامل سازمان همیاری شهرداری های خراسان رضوی روز گذشته با حضورمحمد مقدوری معاون هماهنگی امور عمرانی استاندار خراسان رضوی و رییس هیات مدیر این سازمان، همچنین تعدادی از مدیران کل استانداری، اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد و مدیران موسسات و شرکت های تابعه این سازمان در دفتر معاونت عمرانی استانداری برگزار شد.
در این مراسم احمد یزدان پناه که طی حکمی از سوی استاندار به عنوان مدیرعامل سازمان همیاری شهرداری های استان منصوب شده است، معرفی و از زحمات قربان میرزایی مدیرعامل پیشین این نهاد تقدیر شد.
سازمان همیاری شهرداریهای استان متحول شده است
معاون هماهنگی امور عمرانی استانداری خراسان رضوی در این جلسه عنوان کرد: خوشبختانه، علی رغم مشکلات موجود و شرایط خاص اقتصادی استان و کشور، با سیاستها و اهدافی برنامه ریزی شده، اقدامات خوبی توسط دست اندرکاران سازمان همیاری شهرداریهای استان صورت گرفت که تحول خوبی را در حوزه های فعالیتی این نهاد ایجاد کرده است.
محمد مقدوری با اشاره به تراز مالی مطلوب این نهاد اقتصادی در 2 سال اخیر، ادامه داد: باتلاش های انجام شده و همدلی تمامی کارکنان سازمان همیاری، شرایط مناسب و بسیار خوبی را در بخش اقتصادی این نهاد شاهد هستیم.
وی ضمن قدردانی از همکاری مطلوب شورای شهر و شهرداری مشهد با سازمان همیاری، عنوان کرد: این همکاری و مشارکت ها در گسترش فعالیتهای سازمان همیاری بسیار موثر بوده است که امیداوریم این روند در جهت اثرگذاری بیشتر این نهاد ادامه داشته باشد.
رئیس هیات مدیره سازمان همیاری شهرداری های خراسان رضوی بیان کرد: عملکرد خوب مدیرعامل جدید سازمان در مسئولیت قبلی خود به عنوان مدیرعامل شرکت همیارسازه توس، نوید بخش تداوم موفقیت ها و حرکت رو به تعالی که در جهت هدفگذاری های این سازمان صورت گرفته است، خواهد بود.

مدیرعامل پیشین سازمان همیاری شهرداری های خراسان رضوی نیز در این جلسه عنوان کرد: حرکتی که در سازمان همیاری شروع شد محصول یک همت جمعی بود که با حمایت های قابل تقدیر استاندار و و خرد جمعی و همکاری هیات مدیره و همچنین تلاش تک تک کارکنان سازمان همیاری به ثمر نشست.
قربان میرزایی، افزود: این سازمان به عنوان یک بنگاه اقتصادی بزرگ که هدفش کمک به رفع نیازهای شهرداریها و حمیات از شهرداریهای کم برخوردار است باید به سمت و سوی درآمدزایی نیز حرکت می کرد که با آسیب شناسی های انجام خوشبختانه در این جهت اقدامات خوبی صورت گرفت.
وی بیان کرد: این اقدامات در چند محور اساسی برنامه ریزی شد که علاوه بر ایجاد تغییر و بهبود ساختار سازمانی به دنبال شناسایی ظرفیتهای و قابلیتهای درآمدی استان بود که تلاش کردیم به این حوزه ورود پیدا کنیم و به لطف خدا اهداف پیش بینی شده در سازمان تا حدود زیادی محقق شد.
مدیرعامل پیشین سازمان همیاری شهرداری های خراسان رضوی با تقدیر از شهرداری ها و اعضای شوراهای اسلامی شهرهای استان، ادامه داد: با همکاری و همیاری شهرداریها ه ویژه شهرداری مشهد، تلاش کردیم به عنوان بازوی اجرایی شهرداریها موثر عمل کنیم که خداروشکر نتایج خوبی نیز دربرداشته است.
وی تصریح کرد: یقین داریم با حضور مدیرعامل جدید سازمان همیاری که یکی از نیروهای جوان، متخصص و متعهد از بدنه خمین نهاد است اتفاقات خوبی در این سازمان بیفتد و این حضور منشا خیری برای تمامی بخشهایی که به نوعی مرتبط با فعالیتهای سازمان هستند به ویژه شهرداریهای استان به عنوان صاحبان سهام سازمان همیاری باشد.

احمدیزدان پناه، ادامه داد: جا دارد به نمایندگی از تمامی همکاران در سازمان همیاری و شرکت های تابعه از تلاش های مهندس میرزایی قدردانی کنیم، چرا که با همت شبانه روزی صورت گرفته، اکنون نتایج مطلوبی را در این نهاد شاهد هستیم.
وی بیان کرد: با توجه به ماموریتهایی محوله از سوی استاندار، امیدواریم با تقویت و تعامل بیشتر با شهرداریها و استفاده از توان و نظرات نخبگان دانشگاهی استان بتوانیم به عنوان سازمان همیاری شهرداری های استان در مسیر توسعه استان مشارکت خوبی را داشته باشیم.

رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر مشهدمقدس در مراسم معارفه مدیرعامل سازمان همیاری شهرداری های استان گفت: مدیریت شهری مشهد بدنبال گسترش تعاملات خود با این سازمان است و باید از ظرفیت های موجود به شکل مناسب استفاده کرد.
محمدرضا حیدری در این مراسم ضمن تقدیر از اقدامات ارزنده مدیریت پیشین، اظهارکرد: سازمان همیاری های استان ظرفیت عالی و خوبی را از نظر فنی و انسانی داراست؛ خوشبختانه فضای تعاملی مثبتی در شهر و استان اتفاق افتاده که برای سازمان همیاری، شورای شهر و شهرداری های استان فرصت طلایی شمرده شده و باید از این پتانسیل بهره برداری مناسب صورت گیرد.
وی تعامل، مشاوره و کار مشورتی را یکی از تاثیرگذارترین و مهمترین نکات در موفقیت مدیریت پیشین این سازمان عنوان کرد و گفت: در کنار این ویژگیها، نقش استاندار محترم خراسان رضوی و دیگر مدیران نیز در این توفیقات نقش بسزایی داشته است.
