متخلفان جریمه می شوند
معاون خدمات و محیط زیست شهری شهرداری مشهد گفت: اگر برچسبهای تبلیغاتی آدرس و شماره تلفن داشته باشد قابل پیگیری است که برای این مهم نیز شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد مصوبهای را تصویب کرد.
خلیل الله کاظمی افزود: براساس این مصوبه از افراد متخلفی که اقدام به اینگونه تبلیغ و خسارت به زیبایی شهر میکنند جریمه اخذ میشود.
معاون خدمات و محیط زیست شهری شهرداری مشهد اضافه کرد: متاسفانه رصد و شناسایی تبلیغاتی که تنها حاوی شماره تلفن است دشوار است که در این راستا طبق هماهنگی با شرکت مخابرات آدرس این افراد نیز اخذ و شورای حل اختلاف شهرداری مشهد نسبت به ارسال اخطاریه به این افراد اقدام میکند.
کاظمی تصریح کرد: سالیانه در طول سال به خصوص در آستانه سال نو میلیونها تومان اعتبار برای پاکسازی این تبلیغات هزینه میکند که این اعتبار میتواند در دیگر اولویتها هزینه شود.
وی گفت: البته که قطعا با فرهنگسازی میتوان از بروز چنین تخلفاتی جلوگیری کرد.
معاون خدمات و محیط زیست شهری شهرداری مشهد با درخواست از شهروندان برای همکاری با شهرداری در این زمینه گفت: از شهروندان درخواست میشود که با شهرداری مشارکت داشته باشند تا نسبت به پاکسازی این تبلیغات اقدام کنند.
کاظمی تصریح کرد: همچنین شهروندان اگر از خدماتی که اینگونه تبلیغ میشود استفاده نکنند قطعا صاحبان این مشاغل از راههای دیگر برای تبلیغ خود استفاده میکنند.
اطلاعرسانی در خصوص غیرقانونی بودن تبلیغات درب منازل انجام نشده است
در ادامه رییس کمیسیون خدمات شهری، بهداشت، سلامت و محیط زیست شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد گفت: طبق مصوبه شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد نصب هر گونه تبلیغ بر روی درب منازل شهروندان، دیوارها و سطح شهر بدون اخذ مجوز غیرقانونی است و در صورت بروز چنین تخلفی شرکت تبلیغ شده باید نسبت به جمعآوری و امحای این تبلیغات اقدام کند.
محمد حاجیان شهری ادامه داد: در صورتی که شرکت مذکور بعد از تذکر اقدام به جمعآوری و امحای تبلیغات خود اقدام نکند کارگران شهرداری این تبلیغات را جمعآوری و شرکت مذکور به شورای حل اختلاف شهرداری احضار و این شرکت باید نسبت به پرداخت هزینههای جمعآوری و امحای تبلیغات خود به همراه جریمه مشخص شده اقدام کنند.
وی در پاسخ به این سوال که تا چه میزان اجرای چنین مصوبهای بازدارنده بوده است، گفت: با تنوع این گونه تبلیغات در سطح شهر بسیار زیاد است و از طرفی متاسفانه اطلاعرسانی مطلوبی در خصوص غیرقانونی این نوع تبلیغات انجام نشده است لذا یکی از تاکیدات شورای پنجم اطلاعرسانی در زمینه رعایت حقوق شهروندی در برنامههای خدمات شهری و فرهنگی است.
