معاونت عمرانی فرمانداری کاشمر گفت: 50 درصد مدارس از ایمنی لازم در زمان حوادثی مانند زلزله برخوردار نیستند.
مهدی برامکی با توجه به زلزله‌خیزی کاشمر و وجود دومین گسل بزرگ کشور در ضلع شمال این منطقه، اظهار کرد: یکی از مهم‌ترین ضعف‌های ما در هر کار مربوط به اطلاعات و آمار صحیح است.
وی با تأکید بر اینکه ارائه آمارهای دقیق می‌تواند پایه‌ریزی تمامی برنامه‌ها باشد، گفت: اعضاء مدیریت بحران باید تهیه آمار اطلاعات را جدی بگیرند و با ارائه اطلاعات دقیق در مانورها از بیان آمارهای صوری پرهیز کنند.
معاونت عمرانی فرمانداری کاشمر با اشاره به اینکه اعضاء مدیریت بحران بهتر است در مانورها با شناسایی مشکلات بپردازند، به وضعیت ایمنی مدارس پرداخت و گفت: به‌رغم اینکه مدارس از نظر ضوابط نظام مهندسی باید درجه ایمنی بالایی داشته باشند اما بیش از 20 مدرسه به دلیل فرسوده و قدیمی بودن نیاز به اعتبار و تجهیز بنا دارند.
وی با بیان اینکه هرچند تاکنون اقدامات بسیار انجام شده و در این زمینه اعتباراتی برای ایمنی و تجدید بنای مدارس جذب شده اما هنوز هم جای کار بسیار دارد، عنوان کرد: خیرین کمک‌های بسیار خوبی را در مدرسه‌سازی داشته‌اند.
برامکی در همین خصوص از کمک 7 میلیارد تومانی خیرین در حوزه آموزش و پرورش خبر داد و بیان کرد: مدارس باید آموزش‌های لازم به دانش آموزان را برای زمان وقوع بحران جدی بگیرند.
وی با اعلام اینکه بسیاری از مشکلات به عدم آموزش برمی گردد، گفت: قطعا بسیاری از مشکلات و کاستی‌ها در زمان شرایط بحرانی نمایان می‌شود و در زمان مانورها بسیاری از مشکلات احساس نشود.
معاونت عمرانی فرمانداری کاشمر با اشاره به اینکه برای کاشمر شهرستان‌های معین تعریف شده تا در زمان حوادث به کمک بیایند، افزود: تجهیزات شهرستان برای مواقع بحرانی تا نقطه ایده آل فاصله بسیاری دارد.وی با بیان اینکه نقاط قوت و ضعف مدارس شناسایی شده است، اظهار کرد: حداقل باید ماهی یک‌بار آموزش‌های لازم به دانش آموزان ارائه شود.
