همه دانشجویان بازداشتی آزاد شدند
وزیر علوم تحقیقات و فناوری با اشاره به دانشجویان بازداشتی در اغتشاشات اخیر کشور، گفت: تا جایی که من در جریان هستم هیچ کدام از دانشجویان در بازداشت نیستند و همه آزاد شدند.
منصور غلامی امروز در جمع خبرنگاران در اولین همایش بین المللی دانشگاه سبز که در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد برگزار شد، در خصوص حل مشکلات دانشجویان بورسیه افزود: مساله بورسیهها حل شده و در حال حاضر تعدادی مشغول به تحصیل هستند و برخی فارغ التحصیل شدند و منتظر هستند که برای شروع کار در دانشگاهها جایابی شوند.
اگر محدودیت بودجه نبود، تمام بورسیهها استخدام میشدند
وی ادامه داد: اگر برای ما امکان استخدام فراهم بود، شاید همین امسال می توانستیم همه دانشجویان بورسیه را استخدام کنیم اما چون به دلیل بودجه با محدودیت هایی روبه رو هستیم، این موضوع کمی زمان می برد. همچنین لازم است که دانشجویان تخصص لازم را داشته باشند اما در مجموع امیداریم این مساله به زودی حل شود.
غلامی در خصوص سقف حقوق اساتید در بودجه 97، خاطرنشان کرد: هنوز حقوق اساتید قطعی نشده است، ولی ما امیدواریم در مجلس شورای اسلامی حداکثر افزایش حقوق برای اساتید اتفاق بیافتد.با صحبتها و پیگیری های که صورت گرفته این امیدواری را به ما دادهاند که در مجلس این موضوع مورد توجه قرار بگیرد و افزایش حقوق برای اعضای هیات علمی تا حد ممکن اتفاق بیافتد.
وی با اشاره به اینکه بودجه دانشگاه ها کاهش پیدا نکرده، اما میزان رشدی که ما می خواستیم اتفاق نیفتاده است، یادآور شد: درواقع متوسط رشد بودجه های دانشگاه ها کمتر از 14 درصد است،اما پارک های علم و فناوری بیش از 30 درصد رشد بودجه داشته اند و مراکز پژوهشی حدود 18 درصد رشد داشته است.
وزیر علوم تحقیقات و فناوری افزود: دانشگاهها معتقدند با این میزان رشدی که در هزینهها صورت گرفته نمی توان کار جدیدی کرد. به هر حال این توان دولت بوده و ما هنوز دنبال این هستیم که از مسیرهای مختلف منابع بیشتری را برای دانشگاه ها کسب کنیم.
نیاز به بازنگری در محیط زیست داریم
غلامی با بیان اینکه اولین همایش بین المللی دانشگاه سبز در قالب مدیریت سبز در دانشگاهها شکل گرفته تا بتواند الگویی برای سایر مراکز در حوزه مدیریتی باشد، اظهار کرد: ما نیازمند بازنگری در حوزه محیط زیست هستیم و این همایش بین دانشگاهها برگزار شده تا روشهای مدیریتی را در زمینه کاهش هزینهها به روی برون دادها، کاهش اثرات زیست محیطی و همه رفتارهایی که در محیط های اجرایی و تولیدی وجود دارد، معرفی کند.
وی گفت: دانشگاه ها شاید در مقایسه با سایر نهادها و سازمان ها به خصوص مراکز صنعتی و تولیدی چندان در حوزه محیط زیست ایجاد نگرانی نمی کنند اما ورود آنها به این حوزهها می تواند الگو خوبی برای سایر نهادها باشد.
وزیر علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری با تاکید بر اینکه یکی از مسائلی که مطرح بوده، عمومی کردن توجه به محیط زیست به معنای عام است، تصریح کرد: امروز بسیاری از گروه های مردمی بسیار فعالتر از سایر ارگانهای کشور در زمینه محیط زیست فعالیت می کنند. ما باید به الگوی زیستی خود در زندگی به معنای صرفه جویی در هزینهها، مصرف انرژی و مواد مختلف که عموما آثار آن به چرخه های تولید و منابع اصلی باز میگردد، توجه ویژه داشته باشیم.
دانشگاه به کمک حل مشکلات جامعه بیاید
غلامی عنوان کرد: موضوع بحران های زیست محیطی امروز تمام دنیا را در بر گرفته و در کشور ما نیز به دلیل موقعیت جغرافیایی که قرار گرفتیم در برخی زمینهها از جمله کم آبی به شدت احساس میشود و حل این بحرانها نیازمند حرکت ملی است که اکنون چنین نگاهی هست و اراده نیز تا حدودی وجود دارد، اما از این جهت که چقدر دانشگاه ها وارد حل این بحران ها شدهاند، متاسفانه بسیار کم به آنها ارجاع داده شده و به طور جدی خواسته نشده است.
وی اضافه کرد: این تکلیف اصلی دانشگاهیان است که به بحرانهای زیست محیطی توجه و در مورد آن تحقیق کنند، اما یک مقاله نباید صرفا راه حل باشد. دانشگاهیان همیشه آمادگی داشته و دارند که به حل مسائل و مشکلات مختلف در مسائل ملی مشارکت داشته باشند که طبعا نیازمند یک برنامه است و باید از دانشگاهیان خواسته شود.
وزیر علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری بیان کرد: در واقع اعتبار خاصی که به دانشگاهیان برای حل بحران های زیست محیطی داده شده باشد، نداریم. ممکن است قرار دادهای محدودی میان برخی اساتید دانشگاهی باشد، اما در سطح یک پروژه ملی هنوز طرح خاصی وجود ندارد.
