فرهنگ انقلابی در شهرستانها به مراتب بیشتر از مشهد است
نماینده ولی فقیه در خراسان رضوی با اشاره به سفر اخیر خود به سبزوار گفت: در سبزوار فهمیدم زمینههای انقلابی در شهرستانها به مراتب بیشتر از مشهد است زیرا فرهنگهای بومی حاکم است و آثار انقلاب یک مقدار زنده تر است. هرچه محیط بزرگتر است دشمن موفق تر و جریانهای نفوذی دشمن در شهرستانها نتوانستند مانند شهرهای بزرگ موفق عمل کنند.
آیت الله سید احمد علم الهدی ظهر سه شنبه در دیدار با اعضای ستاد دهه فجر که در دفتر امام جمعه مشهد برگزار شد، افزود: آشوبهای اخیر در دو سه شهر بزرگ اتفاق افتاد. فرهنگ اصیل در شهرستانها بیشتر و ارزشهای دینی قوی تر است و لذا دهه فجر در شهرستانها، پررنگ تر باشد و از توسعه امکانات دشمن در شهرستانها جلوگیری شود.
نماینده ولی فقیه در خراسان رضوی گفت: امسال جلسات سخنرانی دهه فجر با برنامهریزی به گفتگوی آزاد مبدل شود زیرا اثرگذاربالایی دارد و با استقبال مواجه میشود.
آیت الله علمالهدی اظهار کرد: نوع عملکرد در مسئله بزرگداشت دهه فجر که موضوعی روشن است، برای شما نیازمند به تبیین ندارد.
وی افزود: تودهای از تجربیات در شما وجود دارد، به اوضاع و وضعیت روز واقف هستید و موقعیت زمان را در مواضع خاص درک میکنید و دهه فجر در شعاع جنگ نرم نیازمند توضیح و تشریح نیست.
امام جمعه مشهد گفت: اگر حرکتها و برنامههایی مانند دهه فجر حساب شده باشد به نفع انقلاب تمام میشود و اگر نسنجیده عمل کنید ضربه میخوریم و ضرری که امسال میبینیم، بیش از گذشته خواهد بود.
وی ادامه داد: در این راستا، مجری یک سری برنامهها، دولت است و مسئولان نسبت به این برنامهها دقت بیشتری کنند و امیدوارم مدیر ارشاد استان اجرای برخی از جشنوارهها با برنامههای خاصی که در مرکز صورت میگیرد را متوجه اقتضائاتش شود. شاید جشنوارههای موسیقی را در مشهد به کیفیت دیگر شهرها نتوان اجرا کرد.
وی با بیان اینکه در دهه فجر بحث جشنها مطرح میشود و این وحشت را داریم که برخی کارهای خلاف صورت گیرد و دشمن از این موقعیت بهره برداری کند گفت: دهه فجر امسال به این دلیل که وضعیت جامعه خاص و بحران است، باید با همه سالها متفاوت باشد. در برنامههایی که در نهادهای مختلف اجرا میشود، از تکرار جلوگیری شود و سخنرانیهای یک طرفه موفق و موثر نیست.
امام جمعه مشهد ابراز کرد: امسال جلسات سخنرانی دهه فجر با برنامه ریزی به جلسات و گفتگوی آزاد مبدل شود تا هم اثرگذار باشد و این روش با استقبال زیادی روبرو میشود و حتی در محیطهای بزرگ هم همین رویه صورت گیرد.
وی با اشاره به شبهاتی که اخیرا به قوه قضاییه وارد است، گفت: در قوه قضاییه میز گرد تشکیل شود و سوال و جواب آزاد مطرح شود. اگر دهه فجر در قوه قضاییه به چند برنامه گفتگوی آزاد تبدیل شود در روحیه جامعه موثر خواهد بود.
علم الهدی تاکید کرد: ۴۰ سال از انقلاب میگذرد و دشمن میخواهد بگوید این انقلاب و اسلام ناکارآمد است، اما با همه مشکلات مبارزه کردهایم و در دهه فجر به مسئله کارآمدی نظام تکیه میکنیم. کدام کشور و جریان حاکم و نظام حکومتی سابقه این را دارد که ۴۰ سال یک ملت را در میدان جنگ هدایت کند و در این مسیر امنیت حاکم باشد و رشد و توسعه اقتصادی رو به تصاعد باشد نه به تنازل.
وی تصریح کرد: این مسایل برای مردم تبیین شود و علاوه براین مدیریت خاص رهبر نیز باید در این مباحث مطرح شود. بایستی در دهه فجر امسال به صورت گسترده در موقعیتهای نهادی خودمان به کارآمدی نظام تمرکز کنیم و این نکات در شهرستانها نیز مورد تاکید قرار گیرد.
