10 راهبرد برای مدیریت موفق
اگر میخواهید یک رهبرسازمانی قابل ستایش باشید؟ با ۱۰ خصوصیتی که از شما یک رهبر سازمانی فوقالعاده میسازد، از زبان مدیرانی که خود دارای خصوصیات راهبردی فوقالعاده بودهاند مطالعه کنید.
۱- تمرکز: گفته میشود که رهبری سازمانی، گرفتن تصمیمات مهم ولی درعین حال ساده است. این یک حقیقت غیرمنصفانه است، ولی فکر میکنم این تاکیدی برای مهم بودن تمرکز است. برای یک رهبری اثربخش، شما نمیتوانید به مسائل کوچک، زیاد اهمیت بدهید و باید کمتر حواسپرت باشید تا رقابتجو. به گزارش دنیای اقتصاد، برای کمتر انجام دادن کارهای مورد انتقاد، شما باید توانایی پیشبرد نقاط قوت خود را داشته باشید. در غیر اینصورت مسائل کماهمیت شما را غرق خواهند کرد.
۲- اطمینان: یک راهبر تلاش میکند به آرامی اطمینان و قدرت رهبریاش را با نشان دادن چشمانداز متقاعدکننده و نشان دادن همدلیاش به دیگران ثابت کند. بهعنوان یک رهبر زن، برای به رسمیت شناخته شدن، من احساس میکنم باید کمی تکبر و ادعا داشته باشم، و در همین حین مهربانی و سخاوتم را نیز باید حفظ کنم. اگر این دو باهم باشند، احترام به وجود میآید.
۳- شفافیت: من هیچگاه معنی درست ایده ماسک زدن حین رهبری سازمان را درک نکردهام. به عنوان یک مدیر سازمانی، تنها راهی که برای جلب اعتماد در میان تیم کاریام میشناسم این است که صد در صد خودم باشم و البته گاهی با عیب و ایرادهای گوناگون. این موضوع به من این آزادی را میدهد که بتوانم خود را به تمامی عرضه کنم و در تمامی زمینهها ثابتقدم باشم.
۴- راستی: کارمندان ما انعکاس مستقیم ارزشهایی هستند که ما برایشان مجسم میکنیم. اگر بخواهیم از روی فیلمنامه منسوخ شده لزوم درستکار بودن افراد به جای انجام آنچه صحیح است پیش برویم، در این صورت ما پتانسیل کسبوکار و کیفیت استعدادها را از دست میدهیم. اگر فقط شما روی درستکار بودن خود در تمامی عکسالعملهایتان تمرکز کنید، این مساله روی دیگران نیز تاثیر میگذارد، و همه سعی میکنند طبق عادت، مانند شما عمل کنند.
۵- الهامبخش بودن: مردم همیشه میگویند که انسانهای خودساختهای هستند. اما در حقیقت چنین چیزی وجود ندارد. رهبران خودساخته نیستند، البته که آنها دارای قدرت درونیاند. من قدرت الهامبخش بودن را میدانم، و اگر کسی بخواهد از طریق کمکهای من به موفقیتهای بزرگ برسد، من حاضرم همیشه او را راهنمایی کنم.
۶- اشتیاق و علاقه: شما باید عاشق کاری باشید که انجام میدهید. برای اینکه واقعا در کاری موفق باشید، باید با نیروی زیادی به سمت آن بروید و اجازه دهید شما را کاملا احاطه کند. این مهم نیست که کسبوکار شما تا چه حد موفق خواهد بود، هیچوقت راضی نشوید و همیشه به دنبال چیزهای بهتر و مهمتر بروید.
۷- نوآوری: در هر سیستمی با منابع محدود و جمعیت نامحدود، مانند یک سازمان یا هرچیز دیگری که به بشریت مربوط است، نوآوری و ابداع نه تنها برای موفقیت بلکه برای بقا ضروری هستند. نوآوران رهبران ما هستند. نوآوری چه در استدلال فکری باشد و چه برپایه تکنولوژی یا تشکیلات، تنها امید ما برای غلبه بر چالشهای پیش رویمان است.
۸- صبر و بردباری: صبر در واقع جرات شما را در پایبندی به هدفتان میسنجد. راه رسیدن به مقاصد بزرگ، همیشه سخت و دشوار است و فقط رهبران لایق میدانند که چه زمانی باید از کار کنار بکشند و چه زمانی باید در راه هدف باقی بمانند. اگر رویای شما تا حدی دور از دسترس است، هزاران دلیل و شک برای رها کردنش وجود خواهد داشت. همه چیز باهم برایتان پیش میآید مانند مسائل بازارهای جهانی، رقابتها، امور مالی، مطالبات متقاضیان و البته کمی شانس که با وجود همه مشکلات بهکار خود ادامه دهید.
۹- استواری: برای همه ما قرار گرفتن در موقعیتهای سخت و پیچیده مانند اشتباهاتی که ممکن است گران تمام شوند، شکستهای غیرمنتظره و رقیبان بیاخلاق پیش خواهد آمد. استواری یعنی پذیرفتن و در واقع انتظار این مشکلات را از قبل داشتن، بدین ترتیب شما رفتار عجیب و غریبی از خود بروز نخواهید داد و مسائل را سختتر از چیزی که هستند، نمیکنید. پس باید ذهنمان را تقویت کنیم، بدترین سناریو را در نظر بگیریم و واکنشهای غیرطبیعی خود را به حالت منظم درآوریم.
۱۰- تحقیق و بازنگری: محاسبه دقیق سود و زیان بهترین کاری بود که من برای کسبوکارم انجام دادم. از آنجا که کسبوکار ما بر اساس سیستم آبونمان است، تصمیم مهمی که اتخاذ کردیم، این بود که درصد کسانی را ه آبونمانشان را قطع میکنند، کم کنیم و توانستیم این رقم را از ۶ درصد به ۴ درصد کاهش دهیم. ما بدون آنالیز و بررسی دقیق اعداد و دادهها نمیتوانستیم به این ارقام دست پیدا کنیم.
