عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس گفت: سود افزایش قیمت لبنیات به جیب دلال‌ها می‌رود و باید با اجرای سیستم توزیع مناسب، دست واسطه‌ها قطع شود.
رمضانعلی سبحانی‌فر در واکنش به افزایش قیمت لبنیات افزود: این افزایش قیمت از سوی دامداران صورت نگرفته بلکه به دلیل وجود واسطه‌ها و دلال‌ها ایجاد شده است.
وی ادامه داد: متأسفانه شیر از دامداران با قیمت بسیار نازلی خریداری می‌شود که حتی پاسخگوی هزینه‌های آن‌ها نیست لذا دولت باید یک برنامه‌ریزی مناسب در این زمینه داشته باشد.
نماینده مردم سبزوار تأکید کرد: سال گذشته زمانی که قیمت خرید از دامداران را پایین می‌آوردند، قرار شد قیمت شیر را متعادل کرده و در صورت وجود مازاد مصرف، آن را تبدیل به شیرخشک کنند تا جنبه صادراتی داشته باشد اما متأسفانه این حمایت‌ها تنها چند ماه بود و اکنون دامداران خسارت بسیاری دیده‌اند.
سبحانی‌فر با تأکید بر اینکه سود افزایش قیمت لبنیات طی ۴ماه گذشته تنها به جیب دلال‌ها و واسطه‌ها رفته است، گفت: باید با ترسیم و اجرای یک سیستم توزیع مناسب دست واسطه‌ها قطع شود.
عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن با اشاره به اینکه این موضوع باید در دستور کار وزارت جهاد کشاورزی و سازمان حمایت از حقوق مصرف‌کنندگان قرار بگیرد، افزود: این سازمان‌ها باید با تشکیل تعاونی‌ها بدون واسطه شیر را از دامداران به صورت تضمینی خریداری کنند.
وی ادامه داد: اکنون خرید تضمینی شیر انجام نمی‌شود و حتی متأسفانه پولی را هم که قرار بود به عنوان یارانه به دامداران پرداخت کنند تا لبنیات با قیمت ارزان‌تری در اختیار مردم به منظور توسعه سلامت قرار بگیرد هم پرداخت نشده است.
سبحانی‌فر اظهار کرد: شیر با قیمتی ارزان خریداری شده و به واسطه دلال‌ها با قیمت بالا در اختیار مردم قرار می‌گیرد، لذا باید دستگاه‌های نظارتی مربوطه در وزارت جهاد کشاورزی و سازمان حمایت از حقوق مصرف کنندگان این ساختار را اصلاح کرده و نظارت بیشتری داشته باشند.
