معاون وزير راه و شهرسازي بر تعیین خط و مشی رسیدگی به گسل های مشهد تا پایان سال تاکید کرد.
محمد شکرچی زاده در کاگروه تخصصی بررسی مخاطرات زلزله گفت: انتظار مردم این است که برای حفظ جان و مال آنان اقدامات لازم انجام شود و تکلیف پیش رود.
وی افزود: ما مکلف شدیم موضوع تعیین تکلیف حریم گسل ها را در زمانی قابل قبول پیش ببریم و در استان ها و شهرهای دیگر این موضوع تا حدود قابل قبولی پیش رفته و در مشهد نیز دوستان باید جمع بندی کنند.
شکرچی زاده خاطرنشان کرد: ساخت و سازها باید با ضوابط جدی تری باشد. برای مثال شورای عالی شهرسازی تعریف بلندمرتبه سازی در تهران را 12 طبقه تعریف کرده و در سایر شهرها باید روی این عدد صحبت شود و تصمیمات قابل دفاع اخذ گردد.
معاون وزیر راه و شهرسازی اظهار کرد: موضوع تعیین تکلیف محدوده گسل هر چه زودتر باید برای گسل جنوبی مشهد نهایی شود و ببینیم زمان ما برای سایر گسل ها چه میزان است.
شکرچی زاده تصریح کرد: اگر شهر مشهد با زلزله مواجه شود باید به کاهش خطرات زلزله کمک کنیم بنابراین قضاوت باید مهندسی و قابل دفاع باشد.
وی بر تعیین یک خط و مشی مناسب و قابل دفاع تا پایان سال تاکید کرد. شایان ذکر است علاوه بر گسل جنوب سه گسل عمده در مشهد وجود دارد که نیازمند تعیین تکلیف هستند. تعیین تکلیف حریم گسل جنوبی مشهد تاکنون70 درصد پیشرفت داشته اما در غرب مشهد برداشت های ژئوفیزیکی هنوز کامل نشده است.
معاون وزير و رئيس مركز تحقيقات راه و شهرسازی همچنین گفت:٣٠ درصد جمعيت و ٢٠درصد مناطق شهري كشور در بافت هاي ناكار آمد و فرسوده زندگي مي كنند كه در مقابل حوادث غيرمترقبه نظير زلزله آسيب پذيرند.
شكرچي زاده با بیان این مطلب بیان کرد: قبل از وقوع هر زلزله اي انتقال ريسك كه همان بيمه ساختمان است براي واحدهاي مسكوني و تجاري نياز مي باشد.
وی ادامه داد: در نتیجه این امر بخشي از مشکلات مالي و فكري آسيب ديدگان بر طرف مي شود.
