ارائه طرح احداث 4 پارکینگ زیرسطحی و روسطحی در مشهد
مدیر مرکز طراحی و مطالعات پروژههای شهری شهرداری مشهد از ارائه طرح احداث 4 پارکینگ زیرسطحی و روسطحی در مشهد خبر داد.
اعظم مرادی با بیان این مطلب، گفت: به منظور رفع مشکل ترافیک و فراهم آوردن فضای پارک مناسب برای خودروها، معاونت شهرسازی و معماری با همکاری معاونت حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهرداری مشهد طرح احداث 4 پارکینگ زیرسطحی و روسطحی در این کلانشهر را تهیه و ارائه کرده است.
وی با اشاره به نیازسنجیهای صورت گرفته در خصوص معابر اولویتدار شهر به منظور ایجاد پارکینگ، بیان کرد: با توجه به حجم بالای تردد در خیابانهای بهار و وجود مراکز اداری و نظامی در این محدوده، پارکینگ زیرسطحی همت در خیابان بهار جنب تالار یگانه پیشبینی شده و مدت زمان اجرا 30 ماه در نظر گرفته شده است.
مدیر مرکز طراحی و مطالعات پروژههای شهری شهرداری مشهد در ادامه افزود: همچنین بر اساس نیازسنجیهای صورت گرفته ضلع غربی پارک ملت نیز نیازمند ایجاد پارکینگ است. به همین منظور طرح ایجاد پارکینگ زیرسطحی ضلع غربی پارک ملت نیز ارائه شده است.
مرادی خاطر نشان کرد: در عین حال حجم بالای تقاضا و تردد در ضلع جنوبی پارک ملت و پایانه آزادی نیز ضرورت احداث پارکینگ و پایانه زیرسطحی آزادی را در ضلع جنوبی پارک مورد تاکید قرار میدهد که طرحهای مربوطه در این خصوص نیز تدوین شده است.
وی اظهار کرد: با توجه به حجم بالای زائران و مسافرانی که در محدوده اطراف حرم مطهر تردد میکنند، ایجاد پارکینگی در مجاورت فرهنگسرای زیارت واقع در بولوار وحدت نیز ضروری است و طرحی به این منظور ارائه شده است.
مدیر مرکز طراحی و مطالعات پروژههای شهری شهرداری مشهد با اشاره به اینکه احداث پارکینگ جزو اولویتهای درجه دوم است، بیان کرد: ضرورت دارد برای ایجاد پارکینگ، بخش خصوصی وارد عمل شود.
مرادی تصریح کرد: در حال حاضر اسناد پارکینگهای یاد شده تهیه و طرحهای لازم تدوین شده است تا با جلب موافقتهای اصولی، جذب سرمایهگذار تسهیل شود.
