امسال ۶۷۷۱ میلیارد تومان سرمایهگذاری به سرانجام میرسد
استاندار خراسان رضوی با اشاره به سرمایه گذاری بیش از 10 هزار میلیارد تومانی در حوزه صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان گفت: تا پایان امسال 6771 میلیارد تومان از این سرمایه گذاری به سرانجام میرسد.
علی رضا رشیدیان پنج شنبه شب در جلسه شورای برنامه ریزی و توسعه استان افزود: بر اساس هدف گذاریهای صورت گرفته در حوزههای مختلف، سند برنامه ششم توسعه استان به تصویب رسید.
وی افزود: بر اساس این سند ترسیم رشد 7.8 درصدی و کاهش بیکاری تا 7 درصد و همچنین رشد صادرات تا بیش از 3 میلیارد و 340 میلیون ریال برنامه ریزی و هدف گذاری شده است.
استاندار خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: همچنین در راستای اجرای سیاستهای اقتصاد مقاومتی در استان موضوعات تولید و اشتغال دنبال شده و برای هر شهرستان ماموریتهای دستیابی به این امر تدوین شده است که هر شهرستان چه نقشی در این حوزه خواهد داشت.
رشیدیان خاطرنشان کرد: دولت در خراسان رضوی در حوزه اجرایی کردن سیاستهای اقتصاد مقاومتی عملکرد خوبی داشته و شاخصهای اقتصادی از این جهت وضعیت خوبی داشته است.
وی تصریح کرد: نرخ بیکاری ما از 14.1 به 10.1 درصد رسیده و با اینکه ما از لحاظ نرخ مشارکت اقتصادی 42.1 را داریم ولی نرخ بیکاری ما کاهش خوبی داشته است.
استاندار خراسان رضوی با بیان اینکه قریب به 300 هزار جوان بیکار داریم که 48 درصد آن نیروهای تحصیل کرده هستند، گفت: امیدواریم با تداوم کمکهای دولت به هدف گذاری خود برای توسعه اشتغال در استان دست یابیم.
وی تاکید کرد: با همکاری دولت و بخش خصوصی استان، در حوزه صادرات نیز در 6 ماهه نخست امسال 10 درصد رشد داشته ایم که میزان آن 844 میلیون دلار بوده است.
رشیدیان تصریح کرد: علی رغم رشد صادرات استان، میزان واردات در 6 ماهه نخست سال جاری نسبت به مدت مشابه 2.2 درصد کاهش داشته است.
استاندار خراسان رضوی با بیان این که به طور کلی رشد تولیدات استان در همه حوزهها به جز سیمان چشمگیر بوده است، افزود: حدود 63 درصد تولید کاغذ رشد داشته و از ماه آینده با راه اندازی کارخانه کاغذ صادرات به چین آغاز خواهد شد که میزان آن 200 تن در هر هفته است.
وی اضافه کرد: در تابستان رشد جهشی در حوزه شاخصهای کسب و کار استان داشته ایم و از رتبه 23 به رتبه سوم در کشور رسیده ایم.
رشیدیان اظهار کرد: در آخرین جلسه با فعالان بخش خصوصی، مقرر شد برنامههای آنان نیز آماده شود تا بتوان از حوزه سرمایه گذاری خارجی برای توسعه این بخشها هم استفاده شود.
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: صندوق توسعه کارآفرینی امید نیز اعلام آمادگی کرده که در مواردی که ظرفیت توسعه سرمایه گذاری خارجی وجود دارد، کمکهای مورد نیاز داخلی را انجام دهد.
وی اظهار کرد: سال گذشته حدود 110 میلیارد تومان حجم سرمایه گذاری شرکتهای دانش بنیان ما بوده است امسال 50 میلیارد تومان از معاونت امور روستایی رئیس جمهور برای استان در نظر گرفته شده که این نتیجه اقدامات حوزه روستایی استان بوده و باعث شده با وجود اینکه در کشور 0.7 درصد کاهش جمعیت روستایی داریم، در استان ما 0.6 درصد جمعیت روستایی افزایش داشته باشد.با این حال هنوز درآمد روستاییان ما به نسبت متوسط کشور پایینتراست.
