دو برابر شدن برداشت چغندرقند در جغتای

مدیر جهاد کشاورزی جغتای گفت: در سال جاری 120 هزار تن چغندر قند از مزارع این شهرستان برداشت شد که نسبت به سال گذشته 100 درصد افزایش دارد.

مهدی دستورانی افزود: 2 هزار و 500 هکتار از مزارع جغتای زیر کشت چغندرقند رفت که نسبت به سال گذشته حدود هزار هکتار افزایش داشت.

وی اظهار کرد: میانگین برداشت چغندر قند از هر هکتار در این شهرستان 48 تن است که به کارخانه‌های قند جوین و شیروان تحویل داده می‌شود.

وی گفت: با توجه به کشت 2 ردیفه و همچنین بارندگی‌های مناسب در اوایل کشت، مزارع از تراکم بالا و مناسب تری نسبت به سال قبل برخوردار است بطوریکه عملکرد هر هکتار نسبت به مدت مشابه، چهار تن افزایش داشت.

دستورانی با بیان اینکه اقلیم این منطقه سازگار با کشت چغندرقند است، افزود: کنترل علف‌های هرز، افزایش مواد آلی خاک و ایجاد تناوب در کشت از مزایای کشت این محصول است.
