وزیر تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی از تعیین شاخصهای کلی بودجه سال ۱۳۹۷ در هیات دولت خبر داد و گفت: باید دهکهای پایین از یارانه بیشتری برخوردار شوند.
علی ربیعی درباره چگونگی توزیع یارانهها در بودجه سال 1397 افزود: هنوز دولت در این زمینه بحث و جلسهای نداشته است که هیات وزیران بتواند تصمیمی اتخاذ کند.
وی تصریح کرد: هنوز پیش نویس بودجه سال آینده در دولت مطرح نشده است، ولی بحث کلی درباره شاخصهای کلی و عمده بودجه مشخص شده که درباره فقرزدایی و مبارزه با فقر مطلق، اشتغال و جهت گیری بودجه به سمت اشتغال زایی، افزایش بودجه عمرانی و بحث تامین آب بوده که این موارد و جهت گیریهای عمده بودجه در سال آینده است.
وزیر تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی با بیان اینکه درباره توزیع یارانهها دیدگاه خاص و شخصی دارد، افزود: به نظر من باید یارانه افراد کم درآمد و دهکهای پایین جامعه بیشتر شود و افرادی که دارای حداقل دستمزدند بتوانند از یارانه بیشتری برخوردار شوند.
وی ادامه داد: ما باید بتوانیم کف حمایت اجتماعی را داشته باشیم و براساس برنامه ریزیهای صورت گرفته، هم برنامه خروج را در مدت دو سال برای توانمندسازی دهکهای پایین اجرایی کرده و هم بتوانیم افراد کم درآمد را با افزایش مبلغ یارانه پوشش بیشتری دهیم. دولت هر ماه برای پرداخت یارانه نقدی حدود ۳۴ هزار میلیارد ریال اختصاص میدهد.
