استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: امنیت یکی از ارکان مهم و اساسی یک نظام برای حفظ استقلال، تمامیت ارضی و تحقق توسعه می باشد؛ افزود: سیاست دولت در حوزه امنیت، افزایش مشارکت عمومی، ظرفیت سازی برای اجرای حقوق شهروندی و تحقق بیش از پیش مردم سالاری دینی است.
علیرضا رشیدیان روز یکشنبه در چهارمین جلسه شورای فرماندهان انتظامی استان افزود: یکی از بارزترین شاخصهای امنیت در جمهوری اسلامی مردم محور بودن آن است. نیروهای انتظامی و پلیس باید ارتباط خود با مردم و بدنه جامعه را تقویت کنند.
وی ضمن گرامیداشت یاد و خاطره شهدای نیروی انتظامی افزود: عملکرد این نیرو در استانی که منتسب به حضرت علی بن موسی الرضا (ع) است؛ قابل تقدیر است.
وی با بیان این که مشهد مقدس به دلیل وجود بارگاه منور رضوی کانون توجه محبان اهل بیت (ع) از سراسر دنیا است؛ افزود: بعد از ایام نوروز، دهه پایانی صفر شهادت حضرت رسول(ص)، امام حسن مجتبی و ثامن الحجج (ع) بیشترین تعداد زائر در این کلانشهر حضور دارند.
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: علی رغم حجم متراکم ماموریتها؛ نیروی انتظامی استان وظائف محوله خود را به نحو احسن انجام داده است.
رشیدیان ادامه داد: شاهد این مدعا، تامین امنیت بسیار مطلوب انتخابات ریاست جمهوری و شوراهای اسلامی شهر و روستا، مدیریت برخی تجمعات، ساماندهی و ایجاد نظم در مناسبتهای مذهبی و ایجاد فضا و بستر آرام برای جذب سرمایه گذاری داخلی و خارجی در استان است.
وی تصریح کرد: به مدد این امنیت، از تابستان سال گذشته تا تابستان سال جاری، 184 هزار فرصت شغلی، یعنی 23 درصد اشتغال کشور، در خراسان رضوی ایجاد شده است.
استاندار خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: بیش از 10 هزار و 500 میلیارد تومان در بخش صنعت، پنج هزار و 800 میلیارد تومان در حوزه گردشگری و خدمات، نزدیک به هزار میلیارد تومان در بخش کشاورزی و 320 میلیارد تومان در حوزه آیتی و آیسیتی سرمایه گذاری شده است.
رشیدیان خاطر نشان کرد: به مدد توسعه اشتغال، نرخ بیکاری خراسان رضوی از 14.2، در تابستان امسال به 10.1درصد رسید که با بهره برداری از طرحهای سرمایه گذاری شده؛ انتظار میرود نرخ بیکاری تک رقمی شود.
وی بخش قابل توجهی از این توفیقات را مرهون حضور موثر نیروهای انتظامی در تامین امنیت و ایجاد بستری آرام برای سرمایه گذاری دانست.
وی افزود: انقلاب اسلامی با همت رهبری بزرگ و الهی، شعار تحقق ارزشهای دینی و ملی و همراهی مردم شکل گرفت. تاریخ ثابت کرد هیچ تفکری مانند تفکر دینی نتوانسته هویت ملی ما را حفظ کند.
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: انقلاب اسلامی با تمام توان حرکت رو به جلوی خود را داشته و دارد و در حوزه درونی و بیرونی توسعه یافته است و حتی جنگ تحمیلی و توطئههای مختلف نتوانسته مانع این حرکت شود.
رشیدیان خاطر نشان کرد: تفکر انقلاب اسلامی نیز به شدت در دنیا گسترش یافت به گونه ای که شاهد وقوع بهار عربی و تبدیل شدن دین اسلام به عنوان دین دومی در کشورهای غربی و اروپایی بودیم.
وی ادامه داد: دشمنان برای مقابله با این موضوع، گروهکهای تروریستی و داعش را ایجاد و حمایت کردند که می بایست با ارائه چهره رحمانی و عقلایی دین مبین اسلام به مقابله با این توطئه شوم پرداخت.
استاندار خراسان رضوی با اشاره به انتخاب مشهد به عنوان پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام، گفت: این مجال، فرصت مناسبی برای گفتمان بین ادیان با رویکرد فرهنگ و سیره رضوی است.
