نارضایتی مردم از بزرگترین منکرات است
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: نارضایتی مردم از بزرگترین منکرات است لذا تلاش برای رضایتمندی مردم باید مورد توجه باشد.
علیرضا رشیدیان در گردهمایی روسا و دبیران شوراهای امر به معروف و نهی از منکر ادارات کل استان خراسان رضوی افزود: امر به معروف و نهی از منکر باید همواره سرلوحه کار مردم و مدیران باشد.
وی ادامه داد: چنانچه مسئولی به سمت انحراف، رانتخواری و بی توجهی به ارزشهای کرامت انسانی پیش رفت باید با امر به معروف و نهی از منکر وی را به خطایش آگاه ساخت.
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: مسئولیت یک امانت است و مسئولان و مدیران باید برای تحقق کارخیر برای مردم و عدم منت به آنها تلاش کنند. در جامعه اسلامی برای انجام کار خیر برای مردم باید حریص بود و با منت این کارها را ضایع نکرد.
وی افزود: توجه به وحدت و خدمت به مردم به خصوص در شرایطی که برخی کشورها و ترامپ به دنبال ایجاد تفرقه در جامعه انسانی هستند بسیار ضروری است.
رشیدیان ضمن تاکید بر پرهیز از اسراف و برخی ریخت و پاشهای اداری ادامه داد: همه ما مسئولیم تا ارزشهای اسلامی و آرمانهای انقلاب اسلامی را در میان خود و جامعه گسترش دهیم. همه مدیران میراثدار خون شهدا هستند لذا کرامت انسانها، عدالت، آزادی و حراست از ارزشهای انقلاب اسلامی باید همواره مدنظر باشد.
وی گفت: باید با گسترش فرهنگ کار و تلاش، توجه به مولفه های اقتصاد مقاومتی، اعتدال، همدلی و اتحاد به سمت تحقق اهداف نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران حرکت کرد.
استاندار خراسان رضوی در ادامه همچنین اظهار کرد: وضعیت اقدامات ستاد امر به معروف و نهی از منکر در این استان مناسب است و ما شاهد آثار آن هستیم. طبق ابلاغ وزارت کشور در ادارات دولتی انضباط اجتماعی، نقدپذیری و پرهیز از اسراف در اموال به عنوان معروف و سهل انگاری، کمکاری در انجام وظایف، دروغگویی و غیبت به عنوان معروف تعریف شده که باید مورد توجه باشند.
یک فرد نابخرد نباید روابط دولتها با ایران را خراب کند
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: دولت هایی که در مسیر عقلانیت پیش می روند، تلاش کنند روابطشان با ایران توسط یک فرد نابخرد خراب نشود.
به گزارش اداره کل روابط عمومی استانداری خراسان رضوی؛ علیرضا رشیدیان در دیدار با ‘میکائیل کلور برشتولد'، سفیر آلمان در ایران ، افزود: ایران تلاش می کند در این شرایط، بویژه با وجود فردی مانند ترامپ، اوضاع به سمت هرج و مرج پیش نرود.
وی بیان کرد: مسلما مردم ایران نسبت به نظام آمریکا و دولت آن کشور بی اعتمادی زیادی دارند و مذاکرات برجام باعث شد به نوعی تعامل ایران با کشورهای دیگر بهبود یابد و فضای مناسبی در روابط به وجود آید.
وی گفت: امیدواریم دولت های اروپایی با تدبیر خود و به دور از سیاست های آمریکا، در تداوم روابط خود با ایران بعد از برجام نقش آفرینی تاریخی داشته باشند.
وی بیان کرد: خراسان رضوی در سال 2017 به عنوان پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام، انتخاب شده و دارای فرهنگ و تاریخ غنی است، به سبب وجود بارگاه منور رضوی در این شهر، مشهد یک پایگاه معنوی در کشور و منطقه دارد. وی اظهار کرد: خراسان رضوی یک شهر دانشگاهی با 300 هزار دانشجو و بیش از 100 حوزه علمیه برای اهل تشیع و تسنن است.
استاندار خراسان رضوی با اشاره به جایگاه این استان در حوزه کشاورزی و اقتصادی گفت: این استان رتبه نخست تولید زعفران و رتبه دوم تولید پسته در کشور را دارد، همچنین خراسان رضوی در حوزه دامداری نیز بویژه گوشت قرمز حائز رتبه است.
رشیدیان اظهار کرد: بیش از پنج هزار واحد صنعتی با سرمایه گذاری 95 درصدی بخش خصوصی در خراسان رضوی فعالیت دارند، همچنین وجود 42 ماده معدنی در این استان بویژه سنگ آهن، منطقه مذکور را به قطب محصولات معدنی کشور تبدیل کرده است.
وی گفت: خراسان رضوی همچنین در حوزه انرژی های پاک بویژه انرژی بادی و خورشیدی دارای مزیت های ویژه ای است.
رشیدیان بیان کرد: خراسان رضوی در موضوعات گردشگری نیز حائز مزیت های ویژه ای است به گونه ای که 27 میلیون زائر در طول سال به این استان سفر می کنند که این مهم زمینه ساز مزیت های ویژه در حوزه حمل و نقل و گردشگری بوده است.
وی اظهار کرد: راه آهن خراسان رضوی با 13 میلیون نفر تردد در سال یکی از ظرفتیهای اقتصادی این استان است که راه اندازی قطارهای سریع السیر و برقی در این منطقه به توسعه گردشگری و اشتغال استان کمک می کند.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: سالها قبل یک شرکت آلمانی به سبب مشارکت در راه اندازی قطارهای سریع السیر پیشنهادی به خراسان رضوی داد که عملی نشد و هم اینک این استان برای برقی کردن قطار با کشور چین مشارکت کرده است.
رشیدیان در زمینه بهره گیری از ظرفیت های کشور آلمان در زمینه انرژی های پاک، حمل و نقل، بازرگانی ابراز تمایل کرد و گفت: هم اینک برخی دانشجویان آلمانی در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد تحصیل می کنند و با توجه به تمایل دانشجویان برای تحصیل در دانشگاه های آلمان می توان در زمینه تبادل دانشجو و استاد با آن کشور همکاری کرد.
وی بیان کرد: فرودگاه مشهد با 22 مقصد خارجی نیز بعد از مهرآباد تهران پرترافیک ترین فرودگاه کشور است به طوری که روزانه 320 پرواز از این فرودگاه انجام می شود.
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: این استان به سبب همجواری با کشور افغانستان میزبان 320 هزار نفر از اتباع افغان است، 75 هزار نفر از افغان ها در مدارس و بیش از هفت هزار نفر در دانشگاه های این استان تحصیل می کنند و 42 هزار نفر از اتباع افغان نیز در این استان مجوز اشتغال دارند که در مجموع حجم بالایی از اتباع افغان را در این کشور شامل می شود.
رشیدیان اظهار کرد: ورزش نیز بستر مناسبی برای تعامل بین آلمان و خراسان رضوی است، تیم های فوتبال آلمان طرفداران زیادی بین جوانان ایرانی دارد و همچنین کشورمان تجربه خوبی در زمینه بهره گیری از مربیان آلمانی دارد.
وی اظهار امیدواری کرد که ارتباطات بین اتاق بازرگانی و تجار و تولیدکنندگان خراسان رضوی و تجار و تولیدکنندگان آلمانی برقرار شود و این زمینه ساز توسعه روابط در بخش های دیگر شود.
