معاون برنامهریزی و توسعه شهردار مشهد مقدس گفت: درآمد پایدار برای شهر مشهد برنامه پایدار میخواهد.
شهریار آل شیخ در مراسم تودیع و معارفه معاون برنامهریزی و توسعه شهردار مشهد مقدس با بیان اینکه برندینگ عاملی برای جذب سرمایهگذار و گردشگر است، افزود: معاونت برنامهریزی و توسعه نقشی مهم داشته و شهر و شهرداری از آن متأثر میشوند.
وی اظهار کرد: خودم را از بدنه شهرداری مشهد مقدس میدانم و سابقه فعالیت در شرکت نمایشگاهها و معاونت اقتصادی شهرداری مشهد مقدس را دارم.
آل شیخ با تقدیر از زحمات معاون پیشین برنامهریزی و توسعه شهردار مشهد مقدس گفت: از نظرات معاون پیشین برنامهریزی و توسعه استفاده میکنم و ارتباط خوبی نیز با معاونان اسبق این حوزه دارم.
وی تصریح کرد: یکی از مسائل و رویکردهای اصلی ما توجه به شهر هوشمند است که البته مشهد در این حوزه در بین شهرهای دیگر کشور پیشرو است.
معاون برنامهریزی و توسعه شهرداری مشهد مقدس با اشاره به ضرورت درآمد پایدار بیان کرد: قطعاً در ساختوسازها به درآمد پایدار نخواهیم رسید و باید برای کسب این درآمدها از حوزه خدمات کمک بگیریم و زمانی به درآمد پایدار میرسیم که برنامهای پایدار داشته باشیم.
آل شیخ در ارتباط با حوزه منابع انسانی اظهار کرد: در این حوزه بحث منزلت و کرامت کارکنان شهرداری مورد توجه است تا کارکنان از اینکه در شهرداری مشهد مقدس حضور دارند، افتخار کنند.
وی در پایان با بیان اینکه باید جایگاه سازمان فاوا ارتقاء یابد، بیان کرد: موضوع برندینگ بحثی بینرشتهای است که امیدواریم در این دوره کاری اقدامات موثری در این حوزه انجام دهیم که در نهایت باعث جذب سرمایهگذار و گردشگر خواهد شد.
