دستورالعمل پیشگیری از وقوع حوادث در هیئتهای مذهبی
معاون امور اجتماعی و پیشگیری از وقوع جرم دادستان عمومی و انقلاب مشهد گفت: دستورالعمل پیشگیری از وقوع حوادث جانی و مالی ناشی ازاستفاده غیر اصولی برق به مدیران هیئتهای مذهبی ابلاغ شده و شرکت توزیع برق مشهد با مجوز قانونی از دادستانی میتواند نسبت به رفع مزاحمتها و پیشگیری از حوادث اقدام کند.
محمد بخشیمحبی در جلسه هماهنگی با مدیران شرکت توزیع نیروی برق مشهد افزود: دفاع از جان و مال مردم یکی از دغدغه های دادستانی مشهد است و موضوع شبکه برق یکی از مهمترین مواردی است که میتواند مخاطرات زیادی را برای شهروندان ایجاد کند.
وی ادامه داد: در ایام محرم، عدهای بخاطر علاقه و ارادتی که دارند فعالیتهایی را انجام میدهند که اگر مدیریت نشود میتوانند آسیبزا باشند و مقام معظم رهبری نیز بارها بر این موضوع تاکید کردهاند که هیئتهای مذهبی و خیمههای عزاداری مزاحمتی برای شهروندان نداشته باشند.
معاون امور اجتماعی و پیشگیری از وقوع جرم دادستان عمومی و انقلاب مشهد تاکید کرد: در این زمینه قوانین مختلفی وجود دارد که یکی از آنها لایحه رفع تجاوز از تاسیسات آب و برق است که هرگونه تعرض نسبت به این تاسیسات میتواند پیگرد قانونی داشته باشد.
رضا نیکپیام، مدیر دفتر ایمنی و کنترل ضایعات شرکت توزیع نیروی برق مشهد نیز در این نشست گفت: بالا رفتن از پایههای برق برای نصب پرچم در ارتفاع بالا، یکی از خطراتی است که در این ایام جان افراد را بشدت تهدید میکند، بنابراین از مدیران هیئتها و مساجد میخواهیم که نیروهای خود را در این زمینه راهنمایی و آگاه کنند.
وی با اشاره به لزوم استفاده از لامپهای کممصرف در این ایام، از همه مساجد و تکیهها خواست تا قبل از برگزاری مراسم، از سیستمهای الکتریکی خود بازدید و بازرسی کنند تا خطری متوجه عزاداران نباشد.
مدیر دفتر ایمنی و کنترل ضایعات شرکت توزیع نیروی برق مشهد همچنین تاکید کرد: افراد در جابجایی پرچمها و علمها به حریم شبکههای انتقال برق توجه داشته باشند و قبل از حرکات دستهجات مسیر آن بازبینی شود.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: برای تامین برق خیمهها، به هیچ عنوان از تاسیسات شرکت برق بدون هماهنگی استفاده نشود و دستورالعمل تامین برق در اماکن کاملا مشخص شده است.
نیکپیام نیز اعلام کرد: هیئتهای مذهبی میتوانند پس از اخذ مجوزهای لازم با تلفن 121 تماس بگیرند تا برق موردنیاز آنها بصورت کاملا رایگان و ایمن تامین شود.
خودداری از نصب پرده نوشته عرضی ما بین پایه های فلزی, سیمانی و چوبی پایه های برق معابر، خودداری از نصب پرچم برروی کلیه پایههای برق معابر و خودداری از مهار داربست خیمهها و ایستگاههای عزاداری به پایههای برق، از دیگر مواردی بود که در این جلسه مورد تاکید قرار گرفت.
