مدیرعامل هتل همای شماره یک مشهد گفت: شرایط هتل همای شماره یک در دوران طولانی تعطیلی خود به گونهای نبود که کسی بتواند در آن اقامت داشته باشد و فضای داخلی هتل یه یک مخروبه تبدیل شده بود.
فریدون موافق در نشست خبری که در محل هتل همای شماره یک با حضور اصحاب رسانه برگزار شد، با اشاره به این موضوع که این هتل پس از تعطیلی و در دوران بازسازی خود شایعههای عجیبی را به خود دیده است گفت: سال 81 پس از تعطیلی هتل، یک دوره مقاومسازی در هتل انجام و بعد از آن هتل به طور کامل تعطیل میشود و هیچگونه اقامتی در هتل وجود نداشته است؛ از دربهای ورودی محوطه هتل نیز تنها درب خیابان کلاهدوز باز بوده است و سایر دربها پس از سال 93 بازگشایی مجدد شد و هیچ ترددی در هتل صورت نمیگرفت؛ از کارکنان نیز چند نگهبان و دو کارمند بخش مالی هتل در آن حضور داشتند و تنها بحث حفاظت از هتل محوطه آن مطرح بوده است.
وی ادامه داد: دربهای ورودی ساختمان هتل نیز به طور کامل قفل شده بود که پس از باز شدن این دربها مشاهده کردیم که داخل ساختمان اصلی هتل به اصطلاح تار عنکبوت بسته بود و شرایط بسیار نامناسب و مخروبهای داشت و هیچ استفادهای از آن نمیشد؛ طبقات ساختمان نیز هیچگونه امکاناتی نداشت.
مدیرعامل هتل همای شماره یک مشهد با رد کردن تمامی شایعات مبنی بر اقامت افرادی خاص در این هتل گفت: شایعاتی مطرح بود که افراد خاصی در این هتل حضور داشتهاند و حتی گاهی اوقات از طالبان نیز اسم برده میشد که به هیچ عنوان صحت نداشته است و در واقع فضای داخلی هتل نیز به هیچ عنوان به گونهای نبود که کسی بتواند در آن زندگی کند چرا که در این ساختمان حتی امکانات گرمایش و سرمایش وجود نداشت.
موافق بیان کرد: هتل همای یک از سال 1381 و پیش از انتقال آن به سازمان تامین اجتماعی، به منظور بازسازی و مقاومسازی تعطیل شد که این تعطیلی و طولانی شدن فرآیندهای بازسازی و مقاومسازی هتل شاید تنها به دلیل مدیریت نادرست بوده است.

وی با بیان این موضوع که کل هزینه صرف شده برای بازسازی هتل 35 میلیارد تومان بوده است افزود: پس از انتقال هتل به سازمان تامین اجتماعی تصمیم بر آن شد تا این هتل تحت هر شرایطی به بهرهبرداری مجدد برسد و به همین دلیل پروژه بازسازی آن از نیمه دوم سال 1393 آغاز و در پایان تیرماه امسال به پایان رسید و توانستیم دوباره هتل را افتتاح کنیم.
موافق با اشاره به این موضوع که مجموعه هتل همای یک به عنوان یک میراث تاریخی و فرهنگی در سطح شهر مشهد و حتی ایران شناخته میشود افزود: علیرغم این که هتل در یک محوطه با وسعت بیش از 7 هکتار قرار گرفته است، تنها 135 اتاق دارد که شاید از لحاظ اقتصادی به صرفه نباشد اما به دلیل فضای خاطرهانگیز هتل تصمیم بر آن شد تا در بازسازی آن بر طراحی اولیه هتل پایبند باشیم و این میراث فرهنگی را به صورت اولیه آن حفظ کنیم که این موضوع شرایط بازسازی را سخت و گاه طولانی کرده بود.
وی با اشاره به این موضوع که طبقات هتل بازسازی نشده بلکه با حفظ اصالت اولیه از نو ساخته شده است گفت: تاکید مدیران سازمان بر این بود که به منظور حفظ اصالت این هتل، حتی نام اولیه بر روی آن حفظ شود و برند هتل هما باقی بماند و به همین دلیل هتل با برند اصلی خود خریداری شد و به همین نام باقی ماند.
مدیرعامل این هتل با بیان این موضوع که در یک ماه گذشته که اولین ماه پس از بازگشایی مجدد هتل نیز بود درصد اشغال اتاقهای هتل 40 درصد بوده است افزود: برنامه ما بر این است که این درصد اشغال را به 70 درصد برسانیم.
