95 هزار تن انگور در خلیلآّباد برداشت شد
مدیر جهاد کشاورزی خلیل آباد گفت: امسال افزون بر 95 هزار تن محصول انگور از سطح 6 هزار تاکستانهای این شهرستان برداشت شده است.
مجید طاهرپور روز پنج شنبه درباره فرآوردههای این محصول افزود: 80 درصد این محصول تبدیل به کشمش شامل انواع سبز قلمی، دودی، طیفی، کالیفرنی(طلایی) و مویز و بقیه آن برای مصرف تازه خوری به شهرستانهای مشهد، تهران، تبریز، شیراز، اصفهان و نیز خارج کشور از جمله روسیه صادر شد.
وی انگور تولیدی خلیلآباد را شامل 23 رقم ذکر و بیان کرد: ارقام انگور مناسب تبدیل به کشمش شامل بیدانه مانند «پیکامی» و «عسکری» است. از ارقام دانهدار مانند سبز مال، ریش بابا و رزقی نیز محصولاتی نظیر طیفی و «مویز» تهیه میشود.
مدیر جهاد کشاورزی خلیل آباد همچنین به مشکلات انبارداری و صادرات اشاره و بیان کرد: باید در زمینه فرآوری، تولید و بستهبندی جدید کشمش و مورد پسند بازارهای جهانی چارهای اندیشیده شود.
وی همچنین به وجود پنج واحد بهداشتی سورت و بستهبندی کشمش در خلیل آباد اشاره و بیان کرد: این جوابگوی حجم تولید بالای کشمش در این شهرستان نیست. تخصیص تسهیلات بانکی جهت ساخت بارگاه بهداشتی نیاز است.
