پارلمان زنان نقطه عطفی برای بانوان در عرصه تصمیم گیری

در کشور ایران علی‌رقم اینکه بانوان ۵۱ درصد از جامعه را تشکیل می‌دهند ولی نقش بسیار کم رنگی در عرصه های مدیریتی و سیاست گذاری دارند.

سالهاست که موضوع حضور و مشارکت بانوان در عرصه های تصمیم گیری و تصدی مناصب دولتی تنها به  مقوله ای رای‌آور در عرصه انتخابات تبدیل شده که چندصباحی به منظور جذب این بخش از جامعه به آن پرداخته شده و پس از مدتی کم کم به فراموشی سپرده می شود.   موضوع راه اندازی پارلمان زنان در کشور که برای اولین بار در شهرهای استان خراسان رضوی ایجاد شد می‌تواند نقطه عطفی در استفاده از ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های بانوان و مشارکت این قشر تاثیرگذار در عرصه های تصمیم سازی است.

عملکرد این پارلمان تخصصی در خراسان رضوی به خصوص کلانشهر مذهبی مشهد مقدس به واسطه شرایط ویژه ای که به برکت وجود مضجع منور رضوی در کشور و جهان دارد می‌تواند منشا اثرات خوبی در  زمینه تصویب قوانین و دستورالعمل های حوزه زنان و خانواده در کشور باشد. بنا به گفته خانم دکتر ابتکار معاون محترم امور زنان ریاست جمهوری “کارکردهای شورای تصمیم‌گیری بانوان، توسط دولت پایش و رصد می‌شود تا عملکرد آن براساس این‌که به چه میزان می‌تواند در سیاست‌ها اثر بگذارد، سنجیده شود” لذا باید این حرکت نو و تاثیرگذار با بهره گیری از پتانسیل بانوان توانمند استان در تمامی حوزه ها چه بخش های صنعتی وخصوصی و چه حوزه های دولتی و مدیریت شهری به یک خروجی مثبت و مهم دست یافته و شاهد تداوم حیات و اثرگذاری بیشتر آن باشیم.

امید می رود متولیان این اقدام ارزشمند  بتوانند با حمایت و توجه ویژه به ساختار و شاکله پارلمان زنان در مشهد واستان و تلاش برای به ثمرنشستن مصوبات این شورا زمینه حضور بانوان در تعیین سرنوشت خود را فراهم نموده و زمینه توسعه این حرکت در سایر شهرهای کشور را نیز تسهیل نماید.
