تصمیمگیری در خصوص تغییر مدیران در مجمع نمایندگان خراسان رضوی
یک عضو فراکسیون امید گفت: در خصوص تغییر مدیران در مجمع نمایندگان استان خراسان رضوی تصمیم گیریهایی شده است.
بهروز بنیادی با بیان اینکه روز گذشته با اعضاء مجمع نمایندگان استان خراسان رضوی صحبتهایی در خصوص تغییر مدیران در سطح استان داشتهایم، افزود: در این جلسه مقرر شد نمایندگان ارزش یابی منطقی را در خصوص تغییر مدیران داشته باشند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه 74 پست مدیریتی در سطح کلان استان خراسان داریم، اظهار کرد: نمایندگان پس از اینکه مدیران استان را مورد بررسی و امتیاز دهی قرار دهند آن موقع براساس شرایط و نمراتی که اخذ میکنند مشخص خواهد شد که نیازی به تغییر هست یا نه که در این خصوص در روزهای آینده تصمیم گیری خواهد شد.
بنیادی با تاکید براینکه اینکه در مورد استانداری هم باید تصمیم گیری شود، حضور استاندار را در چیدمان مدیران آینده بسیار مهم دانست و گفت: به جهت اینکه باید بین استاندار و مدیران هماهنگی باشد به همین خاطر منتظر هستیم ببینیم در سطح استانداری هم تغییراتی ایجاد میشود یا خیر.
وی با اشاره به اینکه با روشن شدن وضعیت استاندار در مورد باقی مدیران اگر لازم باشد تغییراتی انجام میشود، عنوان کرد: با توجه به اینکه بسیاری از مدیران در سن بازنشستگی هستند و برخی توان لازم را ندارند تغییر در میان برخی مدیران لازم است.
نماینده مردم کاشمر در مجلس شورای اسلامی ادامه داد: با توجه به اینکه دولت قول به جوان گرایی داده به نظر میرسد در برخی حوزهها به خصوص حوزههای که مربوط به تولید و اشتغال میشود باید نیروهای فعالتر و پویاتر وارد مجموعه شود تا مسیر بهتری پیدا کند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه امیدواریم در دولت دوازدهم هر شهرستان به سهم واقعی خود برسد، گفت: دولت باید به استانداریها تفویض اختیار بیشتری بدهد، باید استاندار نیز قدرت مانور بیشتری در تصمیم گیریها داشته و همزمان فرمانداران بتوانند قدرت تصمیم گیری بیشتری به دست آوردند.
این عضو فراکسیون امید با اظهار تأسف از اینکه اکنون بسیاری از مباحث کلیشهای و دستوری شده و مدیران منتظرند که مقامات بالاتر چه می گویند، افزود: به رغم اینکه قدرت جسارت از مدیران گرفته شده اما امیدواریم در دولت دوازدهم تفویض اختیار و قدرتی که در مسائل اجرایی توسط وزرا و مدیران ارشد مطرح شد عملیاتی شود.
بنیادی در ادامه در خصوص جایگاه بانوان در مدیریت استان گفت: به رغم اینکه شاید بخشی از مسائل هست که انجام آن برای بانوان سخت باشد و با روحیه و شرایط جسمی آنها منطبق نباشد ولی بانوان استعدادهای بسیاری دارند و باید به آنها اعتماد کرد.
وی با تاکید براینکه باید به بانوان میدان داده شود، افزود: متاسفانه تاکنون این کار صورت نگرفته و نتوانستهایم نیرویی در این خصوص پرورش دهیم، به همین خاطر اکنون که میخواهیم شروع به این کار کنیم همه با نگرانی و دلهره مسئولیت را به بانوان واگذار میکنند.
نماینده مردم کاشمر در مجلس شورای اسلامی با تاکید براینکه امیدوارم مدیران شهرستان در این زمینه ورود کنند و بتوانند بانوان توانمند را در پستهای مختلف بهکارگیری کنند، در خصوص شرایط تغییر مدیران در شهرستان اظهار کرد: هر مدیری که بخواهد در شهرستان تغییر کند باید براساس نظر استاندار باشد.
وی با بیان اینکه باید بین مدیران شهرستان با مدیران کل و استاندار هماهنگی باشد، افزود: در تغییر مدیران شهرستان نظر مردم برای ما در رأس است. بنیادی با اشاره به اینکه اگر مردم از مدیران مختلفی که در شهرستان هستند ناراضی باشند باید در موردشان بررسی بیشتری شود، گفت: معیار ما رضایت مردم است.
