افتتاح 50 پروژه در هفته دولت
فرماندار شهرستان رشتخوار گفتت: به مناسبت هفته دولت، 50 پروژه با اعتبار 11 میلیارد تومان در این شهرستان افتتاح و به بهرهبرداری میرسد.
خالقداد عرب در خصوص برنامههای این شهرستان در هفته دولت اظهار کرد: در واقع میتوان گفت که از جمله مهمترین این پروژهها ساختمان بخشداری شهر جنگل است که نزدیک به 700 میلیون تومان هزینه داشته است.
وی با بیان اینکه فعالیتهای دیگری که در این هفته در نظر گرفته شده که بخشی از آن انجام و بخش دیگر نیز در حال انجام است، عنوان کرد: بحث ساختمان مرکز اداری شبکه بهداشت و درمان، افزایش تعداد خانه مددجویان، ساختمان دهیاری، آبرسانی، طرحهای هادی هستند که در قالب 50 پروژه در حال فعالیت است.
عرب تصریح کرد: همچنین ساخت مرکز رفاهی فرهنگیان، ساخت استخر ذخیره آب کریم آباد و بحث خط انتقال آب نیز از دیگر پروژههایی است که برای این هفته در نظر گرفته شده است که در سطح شهرستان براساس روز شمار هفته دولت با حضور مردم، مسئولین و شوراها در حال افتتاح است.
فرماندار رشتخوار ادامه داد: در واقع 35 میلیارد تومان یک واحد ساختمان دهیاری روستا سرآسیاب افتتاح شد، 25 میلیارد تومان هر واحد مجموعه مددکاری کمیته امداد امام خمینی (ره) است که آن را افتتاح کردیم که تعداد 30 مجموعه دیگر هم در حال احداث است و تعدادی دیگر که آماده شدهاند را به بهره برداری میرسانیم و همچنین تعداد باقی مانده را نیز در دهه فجر امسال افتتاح خواهیم کرد.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: در خصوص بحث آبرسانی نیز 18 کیلومتر لوله را توزیع کردهایم و تعدادی نیز در حال توزیع هستند، با توجه به اینکه رشتخوار شهرستانی است که 85 درصد مردم آن روستایی هستند و شغل اصلی آنها هم دامداری و کشاورزی است.
عرب ادامه داد: همچنین 45 درصد از اعتبارات ماده 180 قانون اساسی را به بحث کشاورزی تخصیص دادهایم که بحث سیستمهای آبیاری نوین، توزیع اراضی، اجرای خط انتقال آب، استخر ذخیره آباز اینگونه موارد هستند.
فرماندار رشتخوار تاکید کرد: باید در نظر داشت که دولت یازدهم توجه ویژهای نسبت به بحث کشاورزی داشته است، چرا که در اوایل سال 92 که آغاز به کار این دولت بود، 6000 تن خرید گندم مازاد کشاورزان بوده و امسال که پایان این دولت بوده است، 20 هزار تن از گندم مازاد کشاورزان شهرستان توسط دولت خریداری شده است.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: خوشبختانه در این چهار سال رشد چشمگیری در بحث افزایش بهرهوری حوزه کشاورزی داشتهایم.
عرب عنوان کرد: مهندسین ما در پاکسازی اراضی فعالیتهای بسیاری را انجام دادهاند که همه این عوامل باعث این موضوع شده است که در بهرهوری موقعیت بسیار خوبی را کسب کنیم.
وی افزود: در حال حاضر نیز نگاه ویژهای را در رابطه با بحث کشاورزی داریم چرا که در این شهرستان اقتصاد مردم بر پایه کشاورزی و دامداری است به همین جهت هم نگاه مدیریت جهاد کشاورزی خراسان رضوی، هم مدیریت جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان و همچنین حمایتهایی که نماینده این شهرستان نسبت به ما داشته است توانستهایم گامهای بلندی را در این زمینه برداریم.
عرب با بیان اینکه در بحث آب شرب هیچ مشکلی نداریم و شاید از نادر شهرهایی هستیم که مشکل آب شرب نداریم و نُرم بهرهمندی ما در استان به طور میانگین بالاتر است، عنوان کرد: در حال حاضر نیز مشکل آب شرب نداریم به جز دو روستایی که پروژه آن در حال بررسی و 30درصد کارهای آن به اتمام رسیده و 70درصد فعالیتهای پیمانکار نیز در حال اتمام است.
فرماندار رشتخوار تاکید کرد: در حال حاضر هم در بحث افزایش کیفیت هستیم چرا که از نظر کمیت هیچ مشکلی نداریم.
وی در خصوص فضای آموزشی موجود در این شهرستان اظهار کرد: در واقع میتوان گفت که کارهای بسیار خوبی در این زمینه انجام شده که از جمله آن کارها میتوان به بحث ساخت مدارس، سیستمهای گرمایشی و سرمایشی اشاره کرد.
عرب خاطرنشان کرد: اقدامات بسیار موثری هم در حوزه سلامت، بهداشت و درمان انجام شده که مهمترین آن در سفر دومی که وزیر بهداشت به این شهرستان داشتند، قول دادند که تجهیزات بیمارستان حضرت زهرا(س) که تنها بیمارستان این شهرستان است، با اعتبار 2 میلیارد و 500 میلیون تومان مجهزتر شود.
فرماندار رشتخوار عنوان کرد: در حال حاضر دغدغهای که داریم اعزام 9 متخصص در حوزههای مختلف است که امیدواریم این افراد هم مستقر شوند تا مردم از این امکاناتی که در بیمارستان فراهم شده، استفاده کنند.
وی اظهار کرد: 14 واحد مرکز بهداشتی درمانی، 5 مرکز در روستای فتح آباد و چند روستای دیگر راه اندازی شده است و همچنین دو واحد هم در شهر جنگل که تقریبا به فراخور، بیش از 80 درصد پیشرفت فیزیکی دارد که در حال حاضر هم کارگاههای آنها فعال است و امیدواریم که در این هفته بتوانیم آنها را به بهرهبرداری برسانیم.
