معاون استاندار خراسان رضوی و فرماندار نيشابور گفت: در هفته دولت 105 پروژه با اعتبار 520 ميليارد ريال كه بخش عمده آن اعتبارات دولتي است، كلنگزني ميشود و يا به بهرهبرداري ميرسد.
سعيد شيباني افزود: از جمله طرحها ميتوان به پروژههاي راه، بهداشت و درمان، آب روستايي، صنعت، خانه بهداشت و ساختمان دهياري اشاره كرد كه البته عمده پروژهها عمراني است.
وي درباره برنامه دولت براي اولويت طرحها و پروژهها در نيشابور گفت: اولويتها را وزارت كشور مشخص كرده كه اولويت اصلي اقتصاد مقاومتي و اشتغال و توليد بوده است كه اقتصاد مسئله اصلي استان و كشور است.
وي ادامه داد: دولت بخشي از اين مسئله را با تسهيل شرايط سرمايهگذاري بايد حل كند اما بخش عمده حل اين مسئله چنين است كه بايد منابع جديدي فراهم شود؛ از جمله سرمايهگذاريهاي خارجي و ورود بخش خصوصي و…، بنا به مزيتهاي هر شهر؛ مزيت شهرما گردشگري است كه دست نخورده باقي مانده است؛ مزيتهاي فعال ما نيز كشاورزي و صنعت است كه بايد در كشاورزي به بهرهوري و در صنعت به سرمايه گذاري كوچك كه سريع تر ميتواند به توليد برسد و دانش بنيان هستند، توجه شود.
شيباني افزود: يكي ديگر از مسائل، بحث بزرگي شهرستان است كه بايد به يك ساماني برسد يا تقسيم و يا برخورداري از اعتبار و منابع به تناسب اين بزرگي بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد.
شيباني با تاكيد در بحث گردشگري درباره برنامههاي آتي در اين زمينه گفت: پروژه افلاكنما را كه مهمترين پروژه است، خواهيم داشت كه اميدورايم تا سال 97 به سامان درستي برسد شامل آسماننما، كره و مجتمع فرهنگي هنري؛ هتل يكي ديگر از پروژههاست كه از ظرفيتهاي فوقالعاده نيشابور خواهد بود.
وي ادامه داد: بومگرديهاي روستاهاي گردشگري نيشابور كه البته مجوزهايش در ميراث فرهنگي زمان بر است اما به ظرفيت هاي نيشابور به مرور اضافه خواهد شد؛ فرودگاه باغرود نيز بخشي از پروازهاي سبك، تفريحي و آموزشي در آن انجام ميشود، يكي ديگر از پروژههاي خوب در زمينه گردشگري است. سرمايهگذاري و تامين زيرساخت در روستاي فوشنجان و مطرح شدن بحث بكتاش ولي نيز در اين روستا از ديگر مباحثي است كه در زمينه گردشگري بالقوه است و ميتواند منشا پذيرش گردشگران بسياري شود.
