وی افزود: طبق اسناد صادره از‌سوی سرپرستی بانک مورد‌نظر مشخص شد که متهم دارای یک واحد صنفی رستوران و املاک متعددی در شهر مشهد و دیگر‌شهرستان‌های خراسان‌رضوی است که در‌حال بررسی مدارک این املاک هستیم.
بازپرس شعبۀ ٢٠٩ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب ناحیۀ دو مشهد تصریح کرد: بررسی مدارک مالی متهم نیز نشان می‌دهد که او با استفاده از روش پرداخت تسهیلات صوری به افراد غیرحقیقی و غیرحقوقی بیش از ٨٠ میلیارد ریال از این بانک دولتی اختلاس کرده است که تحقیقات مأموران ادارۀ مبارزه با جرائم اقتصادی پلیس آگاهی خراسان رضوی از این مرد ۴۵ ساله ادامه دارد.
