تیر اندازی مرگبار داماد سابق به مادرزنش در نیشابور

راز جنايت و قتل خانم 50 ساله و مجروح كردن دختر 21 ساله وي با اسلحه شكاري در كمتر از 7 ساعت توسط پليس شهرستان نيشابور کشف شد.

فرمانده انتظامي شهرستان نيشابور در تشريح اين خبر گفت: حدود ساعت 02:09 دقيقه بامداد روز گذشته يك مورد تيراندازي به سمت خودرو ال 90 در محدوده خيابان طالقاني غربي به مركز 110 اعلام كه بلافاصله ماموران كلانتري 11 طالقاني به محل اعزام شدند.

وي افزود: ماموران انتظامي در مراجعه به محل مشاهده مي كنند، خانمي 50 ساله راننده خودرو ال نود نوك مدادي بر اثر اصابت گلوله فوت و دختر 21 ساله وي نيز مجروح كه توسط عوامل امدادي به بيمارستان منتقل مي شود.

سرهنگ بيات مختاري گفت: همزمان با تاييد موضوع تيراندازي و قتل، بدليل حساسيت موضوع طرح مهار اجرا و سرهنگ كارآگاه بيات مختاري شخصا در محل حاضر و هدايت عمليات را با صدور دستور اجراي طرح مهار و حضور تيم هايي از تشخيص هويت، كارآگاهان دايره عمليات جنايي جهت بررسي دقيق حادثه به دست مي گيرد.

در ادامه اقدامات قانوني، صحنه جرم حفظ و طي تماس تلفني فرمانده انتظامي شهرستان، حجت الاسلام اكبري مقدم دادستان شهرستان، بازپرس ويژه قتل و پزشكي قانوني نيز در محل حاضر و دستورات لازم جهت شناسايي و دستگيري متهمان را صادر كردند.

كارگاهان در تحقيقات اوليه پليسي متوجه شدند مادري به اتفاق دختر 21 ساله و پسر حدودا 12 ساله اش پس از شركت در يك مراسم عروسي و خريد دارو از يكي از داروخانه هاي سطح شهرستان به سمت منزل درحركت بوده اند كه ناگهان دو نفر با سر و صورت پوشيده با يكدستگاه موتورسيكلت كه از قبل آنان را تعقيب مي كردند بوسيله يك قبضه اسلحه شكاري دو لول تيراندازي و پس از كشتن راننده و مجروح كردن دختر وي بلافاصله از محل متواري مي شوند.

در ادامه سرهنگ كارآگاه بيات مختاري به اتفاق رئيس پليس آگاهي با استفاده از سرنخ‌های موجود و ردزنی های گسترده ساعت حدودا نه صبح يكي از متهمان اصلي که با خودرو پرايد در 40 كيلومتري جاده نيشابور به مشهد حوالي روستاي عصمت آباد را شناسايي و در يك اقدام غافلگيرانه و ضربتي دستگير کردند.

متهم 29 ساله كه از سرعت عمل كارآگاهان غافلگيرشده بود در مواجهه با ادله و مستندات پليس ضمن قبول بزه انتسابي در اعترافات خود پرده از را جنايت برداشت و اظهارداشت: بنده داماد سابق مقتوله بودم كه بدليل اختلافات قبلي با  همدستي دو تن از دوستانم كه يكي از آنان وظيفه تعقيب و اطلاع به بنده را داشت و يك نفر ديگر كه راكب موتورسيكلت بود با اسلحه شكاري به سمت خودرو و آنان تيراندازي و از محل متواري شديم.

فرمانده انتظامی شهرستان نیشابور خاطرنشان کرد: به دنبال اين اعترافات ديگر همدستان 27 و 26 ساله وي در عمليات هاي جداگانه ديگري در خيابان ابراهيم ادهم دستگير و آلت قتاله نيز از مخفيگاه آنان كشف و ضبط شد.
