استفاده از ظرفیت دانشگاهها برای بررسی فرهنگ مطالعه
کارگروه تخصصی «بررسی شبکه مسائل حوزه فرهنگ مطالعه و کتابخوانی» باحضور جمعی از اساتید دانشگاهی و مسئولین موسسات فرهنگی و هنری در محل دفتر معاون مدیرکل و رئیس اداره فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی مشهد برگزار شد.
در این جلسه که با موضوع بررسی شبکه مسائل حوزه فرهنگ مطالعه و کتابخوانی در محل دفتر معاون مدیرکل و رئیس اداره فرهنگ و ارشاد مشهد تشکیل شد راهکارهای ارتقاء سطح فرهنگ مطالعه در شهرستان مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت.
محمد کاظم دبیری توجه به امرکتابخوانی و توسعه فعالیتها و برنامههای حوزه کتاب را به عنوان دغدغه اصلی اداره فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی مشهد عنوان کرد و از صاحب نظران خواست تا با استفاده از روشهای علمی و تعامل و هم افزایی به رفع چالشها،آسیبها و معضلات این حوزه بپردازند و در بهبود و بسترسازی در این حوزه کمک کنند.
وی شاخصهای ارتقاءسطح کتابخوانی را (کیفیت محتوا ،کیفیت انتشار و استفاده از ظرفیت کتابخانه ها ) عنوان کرد و استفاده از پتانسیلهای نهفته در مقالات و پایان نامههای معتبر دانشگاهی و استفاده از تجربیات اساتید دغدغهمند و فعال دانشگاهی در این حوزه را، به عنوان نکته کلیدی و مهم در جهت کمک به شناخت مسائل و مشکلات این حوزه ذکر کرد.
دبیری ، فرهنگ سازی و نهادینه کردن اعتقاد به مطالعه را گام اول در جهت پیشبرد اهداف افزایش میل به مطالعه در کشور خواند و اشاره کرد نظامهای کلان کشور نیز میتوانند با تغییر در ذائقه فکری و نگرشی در مدیران، رویکرد جدیدی در این حوزه ایجاد کنند.
