188 بیمار در لیست انتظار پیوند کبد
مسئول واحد فراهمآوری اعضای بیمارستان منتصریه مشهد گفت: در حال حاضر 188 نفر در انتظار پیوند کبد در بیمارستان منتصریه هستند و 640 نفر دیگر در حال تکمیل پرونده خود جهت پیوستن به اعضای فعال هستند.
دکتر ابراهیم خالقی، در خصوص نحوه پیوند کبد در بیمارستان منتصریه، افزود: در پیوند کبد مانند پیوند کلیه در ابتدا افراد نیازمند نامنویسی و آزمایشهای اولیه را انجام میدهند و در ادامه شورای پیوند کبد که جمعی از متخصصان را در بر میگیرد برنامه پیوند را دنبال میکنند.
وی ادامه داد: برعکس پیوند کلیه که بر اساس مدت زمان دیالیز اولویت پیوند از میان بیماران مشخص میشود، در پیوند کبد میزان بدحالی بیمار ملاک پیوند است و بر این اساس اولویتبندی پیوند مشخص میشود.
مسئول واحد فراهمآوری اعضای بیمارستان منتصریه مشهد خاطرنشان کرد: در روز پیوند کبد دو نفر بیمار اصلی و رزروی فراخوان میشوند که طبیعتا بیمار رزروی همان بیمار اصلی پیوند کبد در اعمال جراحی بعد خواهد بود. پس از انجام پیوند کبد بیمار بین پنج تا هفت روز در ICU و دو تا سه هفته در بخش بستری میشود.
وی تصریح کرد: معمولا بیمار پیوند کبدی مانند بیمار پیوند کلیهای پس از پیوند نزد پزشک متخصص خود باز نمیگردد؛ بلکه تا پایان عمر خود باید در ابتدا هفتهای یک بار، از دو هفته بعد ماهی یک بار و در ادامه هر سه ماه یک بار در شورای پیوند کبد جهت انجام آزمایشات و استفاده از داروهای خود ویزیت شود.
مسئول واحد فراهمآوری اعضای بیمارستان منتصریه مشهد گفت: پیوند قلب و ریه در بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) و پیوند قرنیه نیز در بیمارستان خاتمالنبیا(ع) انجام میشود و افرادی از این دو بیمارستان جهت انتقال اعضای اهدایی به بیمارستان منتصریه مراجعه میکنند.
خالقی خاطرنشان کرد: پوست پیوندی نیز به بخش سوختگی بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) ارسال میشود، تفاوت قرنیه و پوست در میان دیگر اعضای پیوندی در این است که این دو عضو را نیاز نیست بلافاصله پیوند کرده و میتوان بین چند روز تا چند ماه از آنها نگهداری کرد.
وی تصریح کرد: در حال حاضر 188 بیمار در لیست فعال پیوند کبد در بیمارستان منتصریه هستند که پرونده پیوندشان کامل و در لیست انتظار قرار دارند.
مسئول واحد فراهمآوری اعضای بیمارستان منتصریه مشهد اضافه کرد: در این میان 640 نفر در حال تکمیل پرونده خود هستند که پس از تکمیل به اعضای فعال افزوده میشوند.
خالقی اظهار کرد: در پیوند قلب نیز 22 بیمار در لیست فعال و 40 نفر در حال تکمیل پرونده و اضافه شدن به لیست فعال هستند، در لیست انتظار عضو ریه نیز 10 بیمار در لیست فعال و 32 نفر نیز در حال تکمیل پرونده هستند.
