۹۰ درصد دختران مشهدی با کمبود ویتامین دی مواجه هستند
مدیر گروه علوم و فنون دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد، با تاکید بر نقش ریز مغذی ها در ابتلا به بیماری های مختلف گفت: بر اساس بررسی های انجام شده بیش از ۹۰ درصد دختران در مشهد با کمبود ویتامین دی مواجه هستند که این میزان در کشور ۸۵ درصد است.
دکتر مجید غیور مبرهن با بیان اینکه کمبود ریز مغذی‌ها از جمله ویتامین دی در ابتلا به بیماری‌های مختلفی از جمله مشکلات خلقی، افسردگی، اختلال در یادگیری، پرخاشگری، مشکلات استخوانی، بیماری‌های قلبی و عروقی، دیابت، فشار خون، بیماری کلیوی، کبدی نقش موثری دارند خاطر نشان کرد: در مطالعه ای که به طور همزمان در مشهد و سبزوار صورت گرفت انجام مداخلات درمانی و تامین ریز مغذی ها می تواند در پیشگیری از این بیماری‌ها نقش موثری داشته باشد.
این عضو هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با اشاره به برگزاری کنگره بین المللی تغذیه از مطالعات پایه تا مداخلات بالینی ۱۵ الی ۱۷ شهریور در مشهد تصریح کرد: در این کنگره تلاش می شود با همکاری سازمان های بین المللی از جمله یونسکو و بهداشت جهانی راهکارهای راهبردی و موثری را در حل مشکلات تغذیه ای کشور ارائه داد.
غیور، ایجاد شبکه ملی تغذیه در کشور با همکاری تمام مدیران گروه تغذیه و اعضای هیات علمی مرتبط و با مشارکت و همفکری سازمان بهداشت جهانی و یونسکو و با نظارت وزارت بهداشت از دیگر برنامه های این کنگره برشمرد و اظهار داشت: به طور حتم اجماع نظرها در زمینه حل مشکلات تغذیه‌ای در کشور و با همکاری سازمان‌های جهانی می‌تواند نقش موثری در قابلیت اجرای آن داشته باشد.
رییس کنگره بین المللی تغذیه از مطالعات پایه تا مداخلات بالینی به برگزاری این کنگره اشاره کرد و افزود: مقدمات برگزاری این کنگره از یک سال پیش در حال برنامه ریزی است و بیش از ۸۵۰ مقاله از مناطق مختلف جهان به دبیرخانه کنگره ارسال شده است.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: بیش از ۵۰ میهمان از کشورهای مختلف جهان در این همایش حضور دارند همچنین حضور روسای سازمان معتبر بین المللی از جمله یونسکو، مسوول سازمان بهداشت جهانی، مسئول تغذیه امرو، یونیسف، فائو، از موارد حائز اهمیت این کنگره است.
