حجت الاسلام والمسلمین مجید انصاری در دیدار فرمانداران استان تهران با اشاره به اینکه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سایه انسجام و هدایتهای درست و به موقع رهبری و اقدامات درست دولت اجماع جهانی علیه ایران را به شکست کشانده است، اظهار داشت: حضور پرشور مردم در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری و انتخاب احسن آنها نشان داد که مردم در هر دور انتخابات نسبت به دور قبل گامی بلند به سمت توسعه یافتگی و بلوغ سیاسی بیشتر، توام با حفظ روحیه انقلابی و تعهد ملی بر می دارند و این جای بسی شکر به درگاه خدا و سپاس متواضعانه از تک تک مردم ایران دارد.
وی افزود: با همه وجود باید از مردم ایران تشکر کنیم که نهایت بلوغ سیاسی و هوشمندی و در عین حال تعهد انقلابی خودشان را در این انتخابات به نمایش گذاشتند. در این انتخابات، نه تبلیغات دشمنان توانست آنها را از مشارکت منصرف کند و نه تبلیغات تخریبی گسترده توانست آنها را از انتخاب احسن بازدارد.
معاون حقوقی رییس جمهور اظهار داشت: این نشان می دهد مردم ایران در هر دور انتخابات، نسبت به دور قبل گامی بلند به سمت توسعه یافتگی و بلوغ سیاسی بیشتر، توام با حفظ روحیه انقلابی و تعهد ملی بر می دارند و این جای بسی شکر به درگاه خدا و سپاس متواضعانه از تک تک مردم ایران دارد.
انصاری تصریح کرد: این مساله مایه غرور و افتخار ملی برای همه مردم و بخصوص نسلی است که شرایط دشوار گذشته ایران قبل از انقلاب و استبداد و خودکامگی حکام و رژیم شاهنشاهی را درک کرده است. امروز در منطقه ای آشوب زده و توام با انواع ناامنی ها، در حالی که هنوز برخی کشورها با رژیم های حکومتی قرون وسطایی، قبیلگی، طایفگی، فردمحور وابسته و استبدادی اداره می شوند، جمهوری اسلامی ایران نصاب های بالایی از مردمسالاری و دمکراسی را برای دهها بار طی نزدیک به ۴۰ سال گذشته تکرار و تجربه کرده که آخرین آنها هم انتخابات ریاست جمهوری دوره دوازدهم بود.
