در پی وقوع چند فقره تخریب عمدی دستگاههای خودپرداز بانکهای شهر گناباد و انتشار اخبار مربوطه در شبکه های مجازی و تشویش اذهان عمومی در چند روز گذشته پیگیری موضوع به طور ویژه در دستور کار کارآگاهان پلیس آگاهی قرار گرفت.
سرهنگ کیانی گفت: مأموران در تحقیقات میدانی و رصد دوربین های مداربسته توانستند عامل تخریب را که با استفاده از پوشش کلاه کشی و کلاه کاسکت مرتکب این اقدام مجرمانه میشود را شناسایی کنند.
وی گفت: پس از هماهنگی با دادستان شهرستان منزل متهم مورد بازرسی قرار گرفت که آلات و ادوات مورد استفاده در تخریب دستگاههای عابر بانک از آنجا کشف شد.
متهم که مردی جوان است پس از رویارویی با شواهد و مستندات انجام گرفته صراحتا به ارتکاب تخریب دستگاههای عابربانک اعتراف و انگیزه خود را از این اقدام مشکلات مالی بیان کرد. که به همراه پرونده متشکله با دستور مقام قضایی روانه زندان شد.
