- آقای صبوریان، سختترین تصمیمی که طی این مدت گرفتید چه بود؟
معمولا تمامی تصمیماتی که در ورزش خراسان اتخاذ کردیم سخت بوده است اما همیشه بر اجرای قوانین و مقررات تاکید داشتیم و سعی کردیم طبق قانون رفتار کنیم.
- شیرینترین اتفاقی که در ورزش استان حال شما را خوب کرد؟
لحظه به لحظه در ورزش خراسان برایمان شیرین بوده است و البته میتوان به افتخار آفرینی ورزشکارانی همچون تفتیان، محجوب، دانشور و نسیمیشاد اشاره کرد که در این خوشیها سهم بسزایی داشتند.
- و تلخترین اتفاق؟
ببیند در ورزش برخی اوقات بی مهری هایی می شود که خیلی تلخ است و واقعا به دل آدم میآیند.
- به خودتان چه نمرهای می دهید؟
نمیتوانم به خودم نمره ای بدهم، چراکه برداشت های متفاوتی می شود اما قطعا از عملکرد خودم راضی هستم و این عملکرد به موفقیت هیات های ورزشی گره خورده و در مجموع نمره خوبی می دهم.
- انتقادهایی در طول دوران مدیریت تان به شما وارد شده، نظری ندارید؟
منتقد همیشه است و البته نقد باید منصفانه و عادلانه باشد. قطعا اگر نقد نباشد ورزش خراسان هم پیشرفت نمی کند.
- توصیهای به هیات های ورزشی و ورزشکاران استان دارید؟
ورزشکاران به مسائل مختلف و حواشی نپردازند و تمرکز خود را بر روی اصل ورزش بگذارند و به المپیکی شدن فکر کنند تا به موفقیت های بسیار زیادی دست یابند. هیات های ورزشی هم تمرکزشان را بر روی کمک به ورزشکاران خود بگذارند و نهایت تعامل را به کار گیرند.
- از عملکرد کدام هیات های ورزشی بیشتر رضایت دارید؟

قرار نیست جایی بروم و در اداره کل هستم. قطعا سال 96 سال تکمیل پروژه های ورزشی است و باید آن ها را به اتمام برسانیم. تلاش می کنیم تا پروژه های خانه تکواندو، صخره نوردی، استخرهای نیمه تمام، سالن 6 هزار نفری مجموعه ثامن و خانه ووشو را به سرانجام خوبی برسانیم.
