خالص بدهی شهرداری؛ 290 میلیارد ریال!
شهردار تربت حیدریه گفت: این شهرداری به ادارات دارایی، تامین اجتماعی، پیمانکاران، کارگران و کارکنان خود 360 میلیارد ریال بدهکار است که با توجه به مطالبات 170 میلیارد ریالی شهرداری از دستگاههای دولتی، میزان بدهی شهرداری 290 میلیارد ریال است.
رمضانعلی شورابی سه شنبه شب در آیین تجلیل از خبرنگاران این شهر افزود: طلب ما از بخش دولتی 756 میلیارد ریال بود که 18 میلیارد ریال آن به صورت نقدی دریافت شده و بخشی نیز در قالب اوراق قرضه مشارکت اسلامی دولت توسط دستگاههای دولتی پرداخت شده یا میشود.
وی میزان بودجه مصوب امسال شهرداری را 580 میلیارد ریال عنوان کرد و افزود: برای رفع مشکلات شهرداری که بخش اعظمی از آن مربوط به ادوار گذشته است، نیاز به همکاری دستگاههای دولتی بسیار ضروری است.
شورابی گفت: در مدت 26 ماهی که افتخار تصدی شهرداری تربت حیدریه را داشتم، بر اساس نیاز و درخواست شهروندان، اولویت نخست کار خود را بر مرمت آسفالت معابر و کوچهها متمرکز کردم به طوری که تاکنون 800 هزار مترمربع آسفالت با قیر رایگان دولتی اجرا شده است.
وی افزود: دومین درخواست شهروندان مربوط به زمینهای آنها بود که در طرحهای توسعه قرار گرفته و باید تکلیف آن مشخص میشد که بر این اساس ما کار مطالعات ممیزی املاک را با کمک مدیران شهرداری انجام دادیم و این بدان معنا است که میتوان منابع مالی جدید برای شهرداری تحصیل کرده و پاسخگوی شهروندان نیز بود.
رئیس شورای اسلامی تربت حیدریه میزان بدهی شهرداری را، با احتساب بدهکاری به بانک شهر 640 میلیارد ریال عنوان کرد و گفت: عمده ترین مشکل ما در طول شورای چهارم شهر درگیر شدن در مصوبات بدون برنامه ای بود که بر پایه آن توافقات بی پایه ای نیز در شهرداری صورت گرفته است.
نادر سلیمانی افزود: نتیجه آن شده که اکنون با خیل شهروندانی مواجهیم که سند به دست به ما مراجعه میکنند که شهرداری زمین آنان را برای طرحهای عمرانی خود گرفته و ما نیز در دفاع از عملکرد شهرداری ناتوانیم.
وی با بیان اینکه تاکنون هیچ برنامه راهبردی برای شهرداری تدوین نشده، گفت: البته بتازگی شهرداری اقدام به تدوین یک برنامه پنج ساله برای شهرداری و یک برنامه 10 ساله برای شهر تربت حیدریه کرده است.
