حضور وزیر ورزش در مجمع نمایندگان استانهای خراسان
دکتر سلطانی فر، وزیر پیشنهادی ورزش و جوانان دولت دوازدهم در مجلس شورای اسلامی در مجمع نمایندگان استان های خراسان شمالی، رضوی و جنوبی حضور پیدا کرد. گزیده اظهارات وی به شرح ذیل است:
لایحه اهداف، وظایف و اختیارات وزارت ورزش و جوانان را به تایید دولت رساندیم و همچنین سند توسعه ملی ورزش تهیه شده است.
اقتصاد ورزش در دنیا یک موضوع بزرگ و پر اهمیت است ولی در ایران آنچنان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته و بخش خصوصی ما رغبت جهت سرمایه گذاری در ورزش ندارد در این خصوص ما دنبال این هستیم که ساز و کار لازم را فراهم کنیم تا بخش خصوصی وارد ورزش شود و رغبت سرمایه گذاری داشته باشد.
چهار هزار پروژه ورزشی نیمه تمام در کشور وجود دارد که برای تکمیل این پروژه ها به بیش از ۱۰ هزار میلیارد تومان اعتبار نیازمندیم.
با قانون اختصاص ۲۷ صدم درصد از مالیات ارزش افزوده ، اعتبار خوبی به حوزه ورزش افزوده می شود که ما آن را در جهت توسعه زیرساخت های ورزشی در استان ها و دیگر بخشها استفاده خواهیم کرد.
در سال ۹۲ حدود ۱۰ تا ۱۱ درصد مردم در ورزش همگانی فعال بودند که اکنون به بیش از ۲۰ درصد رسیده است اما معتقدیم مطلوب آن ۳۰ درصد است که باید در این زمینه بیشتر کار کنیم.
وزارت ورزش و جوانان به دنبال فراهم کردن شرایطی است که حضور خانواده ها با حفظ شرایط و ارزشهای فرهنگی و مذهبی در ورزش گاه ها و ورزش کشور مهیا شود.
