۲۰۵میلیارد ریال از سپرده های موسسه فرشتگان در خراسان رضوی پرداخت شد
مدیرکل دفتر هماهنگی امور اقتصادی و بین الملل استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: 205 میلیارد و 710 میلیون ریال از سپرده های مردم در موسسه مالی اعتباری فرشتگان تا 17 تیر ماه جاری در این استان پرداخت و تسویه شده است.
علی رسولیان در گفت و گو با خبرنگاران افزود: این میزان پول از طریق سه شعبه فعال در سطح خراسان رضوی به سه هزار و 470 مشتری و سپرده گذار پرداخت شده است.
وی ادامه داد: با افزایش تعداد شعبه ها از سه مورد به 16 شعبه در سطح استان امید است پول سپرده گذاران با سرعت بیشتری پرداخت و تسویه شود.
مدیرکل دفتر هماهنگی امور اقتصادی و بین الملل استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: طی هفته گذشته نشست هایی با حضور مدیرعامل موسسه مالی اعتباری کاسپین، اعضای اصلی هیات مدیره و هیات تسویه برخی از تعاونی های دچار مشکل و زیرمجموعه آن از جمله فرشتگان، بدر توس، پیوند و الزاهرا برگزار شد.
رسولیان افزود: در این نشست ها خیلی شفاف خواسته ها و مشکلات مردم طرح و مقرر شد تعداد شعبه هایی که به نمایندگی کاسپین پرداخت سپرده های مردم را انجام می دهد از سه شعبه افزایش یابد که بر این اساس به 16 شعبه رسید.
وی ادامه داد: هم اکنون از کل 80 شعبه کاسپین که سطح در کشور در حال پرداخت سپرده های مردم هستند 16 شعبه در خراسان رضوی است که از این تعداد 13 شعبه در مشهد و سه شعبه منتخب در شهرستانها فعالیت می کنند.
مدیرکل دفتر هماهنگی امور اقتصادی و بین الملل استانداری خراسان رضوی همچنین گفت: تاکنون تا رقم 500 میلیون ریال به مردم پرداخت شده و همچنان کار ادامه دارد. تاکید شده همه شعبه ها نقدینگی لازم را داشته باشند که در صورت درخواست مردم برای دریافت نقدی سپرده ها امکان پرداخت به آنها باشد.
رسولیان از دیگر مصوبات را مربوط به درخواست مردم مبنی بر آنکه پولی که به آنان برگردانده می شود علی الحساب باشد اعلام و بیان کرد: علت این امر به دلیل اعتراض برخی نسبت به نحوه حساب سود و نیز عملکرد سامانه است. به همین خاطر مقرر شد موسسه کاسپین گواهی مبنی بر علی الحساب بودن این پرداخت به مردم ارائه دهد که در حال عملیاتی شدن است.
وی با بیان این که بعد از پایان پرداخت تا سقف 500 میلیون ریال در مرحله بعدی پرداخت ها تا یک میلیارد ریال انجام می شود؛ در مورد تعاونی ای منحل شده کاسپین هم گفت: در تعاونی بدر توس تا سقف 200 میلیون ریال سپرده های مردم پرداخت شده است.
مدیرکل امور اقتصادی استانداری خراسان رضوی افزود: هیات تصفیه این تعاونی در شناسایی برخی دارایی های تعاونی با مشکل مواجه و موسسه کاسپین موظف شد در این زمینه با این هیات همکاری کند و مدیریت بدر توس را بر عهده بگیرد.
رسولیان در زمینه تعاونی پیوند هم گفت: شناسایی و انتقال دارایی های تعاونی پیوند به انجام رسیده و با توجه به انتقال مدیریت آن به کاسپین به نظر نمیرسد در پرداخت ها مشکلی وجود داشته باشد و امید کار پرداخت سریعتر عملیاتی شود.
وی در زمینه تعاونی منحله الزهرا نیز هم گفت: کل داراییها این تعاونی هم شناسایی و به کاسپین منتقل شده و بر روی سامانه قرار گرفته است. طی تفاهم اولیه بین هیات تسویه این تعاونی با مدیران کاسپین مقرر شد حساب های سپرده مردم یک ساله باشد و سود را بر مبنای 15 درصد به صورت ماهانه به سپردهگذاران الزهرا پرداخت نمایند.
مدیرکل دفتر هماهنگی امور اقتصادی و بین الملل استانداری خراسان رضوی مشکل دیگر را وضعیت کارمندان و کارکنان تعاونی های منحله ذکر و بیان کرد: تمامی کارمندان این تعاونی های منحله فراخوان و از طریق آزمون برای فعالیت در شعبه های موسسه کاسپین که در آینده فعال می شود گزینش می شوند.
موسسه اعتباری کاسپین در چارچوب سیاستهای بانک مرکزی به منظور ساماندهی و تبدیل تعاونیه ای اعتبار به موسسات از تجمیع تعاونی های اعتبار فرشتگان، امید جلین گرگان، کشاورزان مازندران، حسنات اصفهان، دامداران و کشاورزان کرمانشاه، الزهرا مشهد، بدرتوس و پیوند از سال 1394 شکل گرفته و مشکلات تعاونی های مورد اشاره با سهامدارانشان به آن منتقل شده است.
