به نام خدا من هم سلام عرض میکنم خدمت این فعال محترم اقتصادی سوال بسیار خوبی رومطرح کردند یکی از مزیت های خوبی که شما نسبت به بسیاری از کسانیکه میخوان یک کسب و کاری رو شروع کنند اینه که دارای تجربه خوبی هستید وبازاررومیشناسید چراکه بیش از 80 درصد ازکسب وکارهایی که در 5سال اول فعالیتشون از گردونه رقابت خارج میشند کسانی هستند که قبل ازشروع به کارتجربه حضور دربازار رونداشتند ،باتوجه به این که فضای کسب و کار در حال حاضر درایران مناسب نیست نداشتن تجربه کاری شرایط رو سخت میکنه اما درپاسخ به سوالتون، عوامل مختلفی در موفقیت کسب و کار ها نقش دارندکه دو عامل مهم واساسی داشتن ایده و علاقه است. ایده چیه؟ ایده یک پدیده ذهنیه که ازدل شناسایی یک نیاز یامشکل در جامعه بوجود میاد یعنی اگه شما میخوای در کنارتجربه، کاری رو شروع کنی باید فکر کنی و ببینی که این کسب و کار ت چه مشکلی روتوجامعه حل میکنه نقطه مقابل ایده ،تقلیده که متاسفانه بسیاری از کسب و کارهای ما براین اساس شکل میگیره ،یک نفر تویه کسب وکارموفق میشه وچندین نفر به تقلید ازاون کارروشروع میکنند بدون درنظرگرفتن عوامل موفقیت اون کسب وکار ، وارد بازارمیشند ودرزمان کوتاهی ازگردونه رقابت خارج میشند ومتاسفانه سرمایشون روهم از دست میدند.گوگل ،یاهو،تلگرام ،اینستاگرام و…رمز موفقیتشون شناسایی نیاز جوامع و دادن ایده خوب بوده ،عامل دوم علاقه به کسب و کاره خیلی از افراد هستند که کسب و کارشون گاها از درآمد خوبی هم برخورداره اما چون علاقه ای به کارشون ندارندازکارشون لذت نمیبرند وسرعت پیشرفت کارشون خیلی پایینه، یک فعال اقتصادی به طورمیانگین در روزیک سوم از عمرشو مشغول به کاره ،پس مابه نوعی با کارمون زندگی میکنیم. تحقیقات نشون میده نارضایتی شغلی برروی سلامت روح وروان ماهم تاثیرمنفی میزاره به امید اینکه هرایرانی دارای یک فکرویک کسب و کاربشه.
