مدیرکل دفتر امور زنان و خانواده استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: بر اساس آمار بهزیستی خشونت علیه کودکان دختر، دو برابر کودکان پسر است.
فرشته سلجوقی در سمینار تخصصی «آسیبشناسی ازدواج کودکان در مشهد»، با اشاره به اینکه آمارهای ارائه شده در کودکآزاری بسیار غیر واقعی است، عنوان کرد: بر اساس آمار بهزیستی میزان کودکآزاری در سال گذشته 94 مورد است، اما آیا 94 مورد کودکآزاری در یک سال بیانگر واقعیتهای حوزه کودکان است؟ قطعا نیست البته در همین آمار خشونت علیه دختران، دو برابر پسران است.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: به گزارش ثبت احوال تنها 10 دختر در هفت شهر خراسان رضوی در سن زیر 10 سال ازدواج کردهاند و ازدواج 27 پسر زیر 15 سال نیز ثبت شده است که باید تلاش شود این آسیبها به حداقل برسد.
مدیرکل دفتر امور زنان و خانواده استانداری خراسان رضوی با بیان اینکه در سالهای گذشته گامهای موثری در راستای احقاق حقوق کودکان برداشته شده است، اظهار کرد: امیدواریم که واقعه دردناک ستایشها، آتناها و کیاناها که وجدان جامعه را زخمی کرده آنچنان به حرکت درآورد که دیگر شاهد چنین فجایعی در حوزه کودکان نباشیم.
وی با اشاره به اینکه در حوزه طلاق توانستیم اتفاق فرخندهای را رقم بزنیم، ادامه داد: متاسفانه خراسان رضوی سه سال متوالی در حوزه طلاق در جایگاه اول قرار داشت، اما در دو سال گذشته و با همکاری دستگاهها و برنامهای منسجم وضعیت استان در کشور بهبود پیدا کرد و امروز رتبه استان به جایگاه هشتم کشور کاهش یافته است.
سلجوقی با بیان اینکه آسیبهای اجتماعی آتشی است که خشک و تر را با هم میسوزاند، تصریح کرد: اگر همه ما تصمیم گرفته و در پیشگیری از آسیبهای اجتماعی با هم همکاری کنیم و به این مسئله ایمان داشته باشیم بدون تردید میتوانیم گامهای موثری در این زمینه برداریم بنابراین باید همه بخشها به ویژه دولتی شرایط را برای حضور و فعالیت بخش خصوصی و غیردولتی در این امور تسهیل کنند.
وی با اشاره به مهمترین مشکلات موجود در موضوع ازدواج کودکان، خاطرنشان کرد: محرمانه محسوب شدن بسیاری از آمارهای موردنیاز در حوزه کودکان در بخشهای حاکمیتی یکی از معضلات و چالشهای جدی است در این حوزه است.
مدیرکل دفتر امور زنان و خانواده استانداری خراسان افزود: ممکن است بسیاری از آمارها را برای جلوگیری از تشویش اذهان رسانهای نکنیم، اما چرا نباید اطلاعات در اختیار بخشهای مرتبط دولتی و خصوصی فعال در این حوزه قرار گیرد و تشکلهایی که بهخوبی در این زمینه فعالیت میکنند از این آمارها محروم باشند؟
وی عنوان کرد: بسیاری از حوزههایی که برای اقدام و کاهش این آسیبها نیازمند آمار، اطلاعات صحیح و واقعی هستند از این آمار محرومند و محدودیتها به حدی است که بعضی آمارها در اختیار ما به عنوان متولی و بخش حاکمیتی نیز قرار نمیگیرد.
سلجوقی معضل بزرگتر را عدم آشنایی مدیران دستگاههای اجرایی و سازمانهای دولتی در خصوص وظایف و مسئولیتهایشان در حوزه کودکان برشمرد و گفت: ازدواج امری مقدس است، اما وقتی برای کودکان رخ میدهد نه تنها تقدس خود را از دست میدهد بلکه تبدیل به آسیبی خطرناک میشود. بر اساس یک پژوهش در هفت استان کشور در حوزه ازدواج کودکان، خراسان رضوی در بین آنها بدترین شرایط را دارد.
