رئیس جمهور با چینش فراجناحی کابینه، پشتیباتی اصولگرایان را هم بدست آورد

یک فعال سیاسی اصولگرا با بیان این‌که «اولویت دولت دوازدهم باید عبور از ابرچالش‌ها از جمله بیکاری، رکود اقتصادی و آسیب‌های اجتماعی باشد»، گفت: برای دستیابی به این هدف باید کابینه‌ای متناسب با این اولویت‌ها تشکیل شود.

جواد آرین‌منش با اشاره به این‌که «هر چقدر که از عمر انقلاب می‌گذرد انتظار مردم و عقلا این است که هر کابینه‌ نسبت به کابینه‌های دولت‌های پیشین از بالندگی و رشد بیشتری برخوردار بوده و روند تکاملی را طی کند»، اظهار داشت: اکنون انتظار می‌رود کابینه دولت دوازدهم نسبت به کابینه دولت‌های گذشته بالنده‌ترین و کارآمدترین کابینه باشد.

وی افزود: برای این منظور دولت می‌تواند از همه ظرفیت‌های فکری و اجرایی کشور بهره برده و حتی الامکان فراجناحی باشد. من معتقدم که رییس‌جمهور می‌تواند با چینش فراجناحی کابینه رأی 16 میلیونی اصولگرایان را هم به مجموعه پشتیبانان 24 میلیونی خود اضافه کند. البته اعضای کابینه در دولت فراجناحی باید با برنامه‌های رییس جمهور هماهنگ و منسجم باشند؛ زیرا یکی دیگر از شاخصه‌های یک دولت موفق وجود کابینه‌ای منسجم و هماهنگ است. در واقع اعضای کابینه به صورت یک سیستم هماهنگ باید اهداف مشترک را دنبال کنند.

وی همچنین خاطرنشان کرد: مشابه آن‌چه در مجلس داریم می‌توانیم در دولت هم داشته باشیم. یعنی همه تفکرات و سلایق با هماهنگی با رییس جمهور در کابینه حضور داشته باشند. مشابه آنچه در کابینه مرحوم هاشمی یا رهبر انقلاب شاهد بودیم.

وی با بیان این‌که «برای حل مشکل بیکاری جوانان باید از رکود خارج شده و رونق اقتصادی ایجاد شود»، ادامه داد: ایجاد رونق به منابع مالی نیاز دارد که فقط با اتکا به نفت و مالیات این منابع قابل تحقق نیست؛ بنابراین به جذب سرمایه خارجی و همچنین سرمایه ایرانیان خارج از کشور نیازمندیم. در این شرایط وزارت امور خارجه باید با وزارت اقتصاد و کار در یک راستا حرکت کرده تا ابرچالش‌های نامبرده حل شود. از سویی آسیب‌های اجتماعی مثل اعتیاد، طلاق، حاشیه‌نشینی و فقر امروز در حال تبدیل شدن به یک بحران هستند. این آسیب‌ها در گذشته هم وجود داشته، اما چون مثل مشکلات اقتصادی ملموس نبوده‌اند همیشه در اکثر دولت‌ها در حاشیه بوده‌اند.

وی در پایان تأکید کرد: بنابراین دولت باید حل ابرچالش‌ها را در اولویت خود قرار دهد و شرایط تاریخی، زمانی و نیازهای کشور را درک کند. در این شرایط کابینه‌ای باید انتخاب شود که متناسب با اولویت‌های کشور باشد. همچنین باید از جوانان که از تجربه لازم برخوردار هستند در کابینه استفاده شود. البته من معتقد به حذف نیروهای باتجربه کابینه یازدهم نیستم؛ زیرا از این افراد پخته می‌توان در دولت یازدهم به عنوان مشاور استفاده کرد. در واقع نیروهای جوان باید در کنار نیروهای پخته به کار گرفته شوند.
